Nice hard case shell though its pricey.i think they could have designed the battery cable box differently because i can almost see it breaking off at some point.

Been a long time fan of these cases and have been using them forever.
Designed for abuse but can be broken with extreme use.
Do yourself a favor, register the case with OtterBox for the lifetime warranty.
Call or go online to get a replacement without a hassle.

This phone is a nice phone and easy to operate. Samsung has improved phone a great deal from my old cell phone. I was a little leary to get a new phone but easy to operate and work my way around the phobe. Would definitely recommend

Excellent product -- I especially like the rubber stopper that covers the charging port and prevents lint and other debris from getting into the charging port, which prevents the phone from charging.

Good dual layer protection. Does the job. Quality materials. One of the few cases that has a cover to protect the USBC port. The only downsides: the hard outer layer needs more clipping points over the soft inner layer, the hard back layer is super slippery (needs a texture or more grip points), and lastly could use more color options.

We decided not to have one of these on our last phone, and it took a serious beating, with cracks all over the body. With everything that we do, having a phone cover is a must. The extra cost is worth the cost of replacing the phone.
