Good but a tad bulky

Great for protection but no easy to put on

That said it has the worst instructions. I actually had to go online to find a video to help put it on. Even my teen daughter and she couldnt figure it out.

However, the stand they expect you to use the ipad on is completely off-kilter and the ipad will fall off with sudden movements or simply from walking around with it. The materials are great, the protection and ruggedness as well. Just the stand has a major design flaw in its use.

I bought a foam one off of amazon that has survived an entire year for a lot less than what I paid for this otter box. The built in screen protector on this sucks.

I had to go back to the store to exchange it which was annoying, however Freddy in the front was awesome! He helped me with everything and was super friendly!

However, this one actually pushed in the volume up and down buttons requiring removal in order to be able to adjust the volume.

I think otter box should do something with their price, if they want to keep their customers. I have been using them for a long time but the price is getting out of control now.
