Great place nice people good product alway recommend

Excellent case. Rugged texture makes it almost indestructible. A little heavy and bulky. However, it does what it’s supposed to do.

As always, top notch OtterBox fit, finish, form and function. Belt clip works great. I have dropped my phone numerous occasions from waist high height with no issues. Great for active lifestyles or just casual use. I have had to use insurance to fix broken glass or phones in the past, but I would much rather just have a great case and avoid the hassle. Nice soft grippy rubber provides a confident grip. Highly recommended.

My case is broken . The last one I had lasted 5 years ,I am disappointed in the quality of this one .

Great fit - very well made as expected from Otterbox - doesn’t add too much bulk and gives just enough grip - no longer comes with the builtin screen protector but has a lip that sticks out a little past the screen that adds a level of protection

After purchasing a new iPhone, I wanted to buy a case with a belt clip. The Defender Pro works, but with some annoying drawbacks. The Good Things: 1. Outstanding drop protection - the phone fell off my car onto the concrete without any damage at all 2. Comes with a belt clip 3. Very precise fit - The iPhone fits inside perfectly The Not-So-Good Things: 1. Seems rather pricey 2. The case is very bulky 3. The textured rubber sides do not slide in and out of pockets easily.

I love the Defender. It gives me a little more to hold on too. Just holding the iphone 11 pro by itself feels like you're holding a new born baby. Frightening. I was able to put a tampered glass protector on the phone and it works with the case. These cases no longer have the built in screen protector Wasn't sure how I felt about that but I think I like it better. I've been using these cases for many, many years on multiple different phones. Wouldn't be without it. In the summer, I throw the phone in my front shorts pocket. When wearing long pants, I wear the holster. Bought two additional holsters just to have them laying around. Seems like once a year I break one getting in and out of my truck. Hate not having them so I just buy extras right off the bat. Great case!

With the slightly newer layout of the iPhone 11, my Otterbox Defender won’t fit. From the looks and feel of it, the new case is even better than the excellent older Defender case. My new iPhone seems to fit in more snugly and It seems easier to remove the iPhone from my belt. I haven’t given it a drop test but based on prior Defender cases, it should be just fine.

This Otterbox is known by many to be the best protection against damage to an important tool, and required pleasure device that allows some flexibilty while in use. This company customizes each model with attention to detail, for a custom fit. Yes, there may be other similar products in this market, but your telephone needs protection, but also a way to fit into your clothing safely and comfortably while preventing damage from dangerous falling objects that occasionally cross your path.

This case fits great and the protection that it offers is exceptional. It does make the phone bulky and you don’t get to see the beautiful style of your phone, but hey, that’s the price for near indestructible protection. I have been getting otter boxes since the iPhone 4, and I will continue.

The phone is great. The quality of both audio and video is much better than the iPhone X. I spend a lot of time on the iPhone and looking at the new screen seems to cause less eye strain. The otter box is better than older models, the ridges make holding the phone feel more secure. For me, the screen protector is a must. If I had not purchased the protector, the screen would have already gotten scratched. I preferred otter box including the shield either box. The salesman at Best Buy was great. He was knowledgeable, fast and polite. I appreciated excellent customer service. My only problem is that my reward points have not appeared.

This is my second OtterBox Defender Pro. My experience with the case has been top notch. I have dropped my iPhone X (my original case) and my new iPhone 11 Pro several times and so far the phone has had no damage. I have owned many other cases and this by far is the safest. On the down side, it is not very attractive and it is quite bulky. If you like to keep your phone in your jeans pocket expect to have a huge bulge in your pants and have a fight to take it out. It does come with a clip for you pants circa 1996. Come on who is going to use that thing, except maybe dad. In terms of aesthetics, I purchased the midnight green iPhone 11 Pro but you cannot tell in the case. If you like to admire your phone then this case is not the one for you. Overall this case is made to keep your very expensive pocket computer safe. It does a fantastic job of that. The drawback in my opinion is its size and looks. I prefer safety.

Love this case! I drop my phone frequently, and this keeps it safe without being bulky or ugly. The color is lovely, and the case is relatively easy to take it on/off. I do recommend using it with a screen protector, because there is not much of a lip to protect it. So far we have no issues with the flaps/buttons lining up.

This is a great case for protecting my iPhone. I had to return this particular product because I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, which I ended up getting the same case but the right size for my device. The quality of the material is perfect for my use, although it make the device quite a bit heavier once it is installed. I also cannot use the car holder because this adds width to the overall size of the device.

I have been using the Defender series cases on my iPhones since 2011. Hopefully, I am not jinxing myself by saying that my phones have survived every drop in these cases. While the case is bulky, I have big hands and really fear dropping an iPhone when it is not in a decent case. Since they stopped including screen protection, I have been adding a high-end screen protector as well and continue to be really happy with the product. I am afraid to use anything of less quality on a phone that costs over $1,000.

This was the kind of protector I was looking for for my iPhone 11 Pro. Since I was interested in protecting my brand new phone. I was looking for an OtterBox case with a clip protector. After I installed it feels great on the phone. What I like most is that it is a screenless edition, limited lifetime warranty, and microbial defense. If you have the same phone that me, just make sure that has the following description iPhone 2019 Small.

Best value for protecting a phone that gets somewhat overused and handled. Working on the phone constantly and often having times that the phone is shuffled around on counters and in vehicles needs the added defender model. A little bulky but worth it to save from buying a new phone.

I’ve dropped my phone twice and it accidentally fell into a pond—thanks to this Otterbox case, my phone is operating with no damage. Highly recommend this case. It’s a little bulky, but worth it.
