This is a good value if you can get it on sale. Fits the iPad 9th gen very well, but it does not include a screen protector, can be difficult to put on the iPad, is difficult to get OFF the iPad, and the black plastic hard with built-in stand cannot be used to protect the screen during travel. I will probably look for another case that protects the screen from scratches while it is in my backpack.

OtterBox is a quality product that provides protection for an iPad. This unit came without a screen protector and doesn't work well at providing a hands free viewing stand. It is somewhat bulky and relatively expensive.

This unit is great for overall fall protection of the iPad especially as related to corners. It is an Otterbox which designs these specifically for that protection. What is not included, which is not really pointed out, is box does not have the built in screen protector or the insert. You can purchase those separately but if you are concerned about object scratching the screen surface when the protective cover plate is removed then make sure you get the proper protective film or sheet.

Excellent fit and finish. Works great for storage and safety. Have already dropped it a few times and the iPad has be preserved and no problems. These are a great option to protect your iPad. The added stand option makes it easy to multitask and gives you 2 very usable positions for your iPad. I've ordered 2, will probably order another 2 for additional iPads.

Best protection last forever. Bought this for my new iPad that is replacing a ten year old iPad that has the same otter box. Due to arthritic hands I need the most protection from falls. My last otter box did that for ten years so I am hoping this one does the same. Yes it is more bulky and not as attractive as other covers but that is a sacrifice I make to keep my iPad protected. I do wish they would make it in more colors though.

Great protective cover for everyday use. The extra hard cover helps when traveling but can make it a little bulky for everyday use. Overall a great case that you can rely on to protect your investment. To be clear, a screen protector will still be needed but I much prefer this to the old plastic covers the otterbox cases used to have.

I’ll review now and again I’ll update after several months for the rubber and how well it holds shape. It’s really nice case. What’s disappointing is that this is a prime example of American companies with overpriced products cheating our citizens. Of course I have a choice to choose what I but but this is pure American greed from otterbox on overpriced items. This is why fakes exist for 1/5 the price and near exact quality.

The Otter box for our tablets has been a god send! We utilize our tablets in our restaurants and on any given day we have 10+ people handling the tablets so this gives us peace of mind that we will be protected always and not have to worry nearly as much about careless handling from the staff!

My son has had an ipad since he's been 3, with ASD, and the otter box has outlasted the ipads, he even left it overnight in the rain, because he tossed it over the fence and we didn't know it. His ipad stayed dry. I'm just now replacing the otter box because the rubber has met the road. My son turns 12 in March, you do the math. lol

Easy to put on my iPad and fit is nice and comfy. It’s not too bulky and protects my iPad . Very sturdy.

This otter box case is by far the best case I’ve come across for iPad. I would recommend this to anyone looking to protect their device.

Otterbox gives great protection. My only reason for giving 4 stars is due to no instructions how to put the case on the iPad. I found a video on YouTube. I almost returned it out of frustration trying to figure it out. I’m glad I found the video because it is a great case.

Great protection for a kids iPad. I am glad they finally stopped attaching the cheap plastic screen protectors to the case. Those always scratched up and got cloudy. I usually removed them before install anyway. Now I just wish they offered more colors like their iPhone cases.

This otter box is great I love the stand you can use it two different ways and it holds securely, I was a little disappointed because it was difficult to figure out how to put it on initially there were no instructions and I didn’t want to break it so I googled it:) still wasn’t much help but finally got it pulled apart it was fairly simple to do once I figured it out that’s why I didn’t give all 5 stars. Feel it’s overpriced though.

This ipad case is truly heavy duty! I love how you can store the pencil in the cover- it snaps in, and when covering the entire ipad to transport it, it protects the screen! Its a little clunky but better than no protection at all!

Bought this for my son’s iPad. OtterBox is not cheap, but their iPhone cases save his phone from being destroyed on a weekly basis. Hopefully this works the same. Looks great and has a great fit. No interference when using iPad from the case. Look for directions of how to install online.

Excellent and sturdy product, guaranteed to keep iPad safe from damage. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
