I had it on my Note20 for over a year. Traded the phone in with absolutely no damage and not a scratch on the screen without a screen protector and it was dropped numerous times. I'm picking up the same one for my S22 Ultra. I won't use any other case.

We're sorry to hear you're having some troubles with wireless charging. We suggest sticking with wireless chargers manufactured by Samsung or using our OtterSpot wireless charging system to get the best results. An additional tip that may help is using a flat charger, as these will be more successful with the Defender Series Pro case. OK case but clip feature doesn't work

Case offers no protection for camera glass cover

Best Case Ever

I have one for my iPad and all my previous phones. Bought this one for my dad as he has a tendency to drop his phone. Since we just spent $1000 on a new phone for him, it was a no-brainer to get this OtterBox to protect his phone. He loves it!

I purchased the OtterBox Defender Pro Series protective cover for my phone. Overall a very good product that will protect my expensive smart phone. Happy with my purchase at Best Buy.

My complaint on this Otter Box is the same as I had with my Note 8. The Note 8 had rubber covers for both the stylist and the power plug. They both just made it more difficult to use. On this Otter Box they eliminated the rubber cover on the stylist (Good Move) but retained the one on the power port ( Bad Move). I did the same as on Note 8, just cut them off!

Expensive but good

I have dropped my phone while getting out of my pocket and once trying to be super awesome and just dropped and it did its job i happy i bought it. The price is a little high but it was worth it

There is a flap at the bottom where the power charging cord goes that gets stuck, and you have to sometimes get something in there (perhaps a fingernail) to pull it out in order to insert the power cord. It could use improvement, but otherwise it's a good product.
