Very good case, phone feels safer now. Con:Not able to use wireless charger.

I purchased this phone as I was way overdue for an upgrade. My poor Note 8 started having issues with the various radios and had a screen burn going on, so it was time. Now to the Note 20 5G! It's awesome! Just what I would expect out of Samsung! Sleek display, good price point, and it works super fast for what I need. I do everything on my phone between my 2 jobs and for every day personal use. I do have a couple gripes, but nothing to do with Samsung. 1. Best Buy had it listed as having an SD slot with capacity up to 1tb, but this was not the case. This is not Samsung's fault. Also, if you have AT&T as your carrier, they lock the option to let you choose your network. So if 5G isn't available wherever you happen, you're out of luck with no data because it won't switch to 4G. Again, this is not a Samsung thing; it's an AT&T thing. With that being said, I would definitely recommend this phone!

Great Phone case to protect your investment from drops and accidents which could occur with everyday use of your phone.. It has saved mine already . Good insurance against helping prevent destroying your phone.

A case is a must for these $1000+ phones. Don't skimp, but rugged protection. This is my second one. The first one for a smaller model protected the phone for years. This case has already kept the device from being damaged from a few drops on tile floors.

Case works great! Last one had lasted for well over a year before anything happened to it. I really like how it protects the phone and keeps it from being damaged even when dropped from 4-5 feet off the floor. Very effective!

Very well made as all OtterBox cases are. Does protect it in my job as a field tech. Best Buy employee at the store said it was OK with Qi charging via a Stand Charger, and showed me his, saying it worked for him...well, it doesn't really. Still like it, but after a long day, I would rather plop it in a stand, not fumble with a cord.

Great case and fully protective! I suggest you find a screen protector to go with it. Getting the stylus in and out is a little tough but no big deal.

Great case, highly recommended sleek design and its light

I work in the electrical trade and I need good protection for my work phone. This paired with a glass screen protector is perfect. You can drop it and not have a single worry. I get this case for my personal phone as well.

Third up grade for galaxy series cell phones. Used only Otterbox defender carrying cases. Only issue is that you have to be careful when you sit down, that you don't snag the clip on something or in could brake the clip.

Bought this for my wife's cellphone, so far has done what it is supposed to, protect the phone from accidental drops, very happy with the design, the quality of the materials. A bit expensive but worth it.

Love the otterbox best protection for your phone I always get the defender series for the most protection work in a machine shop always seem to be hitting it on a table or with a part.

I love otter box cases! They are the best that ever came to phone accessories. It was much needed for my brand new phone. The last case that I bought lasted for a pretty long time. Will buy again.

Won't buy ANYTHING but an Otterbox! I ran over my phone with my car and the phone STILL worked. Screen was cracked but not too bad all things considered Well worth the price.

Its a Otterbox and if you've used em before its just the same awesome. Its pricey but if your like me and drop phones alot then spending $60 to protect you $1400 phone makes perfect sence

The OtterBox - Defender Pro has worked out great for protecting the cell phone from damage when dropped. The cover also is a great way to carry the phone attached to a belt.
