Must have phone case!

My last phone was over ten years old when I upgraded and survived 4' drops onto concrete thanks to the OtterBox it was wearing. I bought the cover before the phone was delivered. Probably should have waited to get the discount for having purchased a phone but having the case on the phone is peace of mind. It does add a little bulk but not that much.
