Plastic screen cover makes it difficult to do touch screen. Lots of hard areas that keep it together.

It is awkward to use you have to take the otter off eery time you use it. The back stand feature is not high enough .

Difficult cumbersome heavy buttons hard to work. Not recommended.

It is not what I thought it would be. Bulky and does not stand up like it said. Very unhappy.

Great value for what I paid for the protection of my iPad

The case is made for older style IPad and it covered up the camera part of the tablet.

The case was very difficult to close which made the case unusable to me.

Case is very large. Did not work for iPad Air 2. Returned with zero issue.

I just exchanged a pro cover by a similar company to Bestbuy. It was one of only 2-3 I found for the new iPad Pro. It felt like a hard brittle plastic, my husband exchanged one as well with similar complaints. Awkward stands but had the front and back protection. Other box has outdone itself in this. I would have given 5 stars but it was lacking.speaker openings, has 2 tiny circles on the front for an unknown reason? Not present on the iPad Air versions. The thin film over the fingerprint. I'd scan, doesn't concern me, I use.passwords. Another reviewer said it was easy to remove if wanted. It's soft, light and I love the colors and third top that doubles as a versatile stand! Thank you! Works well on the pro. I needed you tube to put it on or remove due to its wonderful fit and construction.

I returned this item- it was heavy and lacked protection that I felt was suitable for the screen of a tablet.

While I found this case MUCH better than a folio case, I have to warn you all about the stand. So you can make the internal portion of your case into a stand to sit your iPad on, that's awesome and love that feature without a doubt, BUT the FLAW I found is that while I was trying to put the internal kick stand down, it came out and wasn't connected. I was able to put it back in carefully without breaking or damaging it any further, but be VERY careful when putting down the internal stand, it could BREAK or COME APART from the stand itself. OVERALL great case, definetly buy and LOOK on Amazon and see if Otterbox has it marked down, I got it for $68 instead of the original $89 or however much it was.

This case lives up to the otter box name I have had one since the iPhone 3GS and they were good then a still good I like it for my iPad because I feel better taking it places and for my nephew if he goes one it it can withstand just about any thing that's why it is one of my favorite cases.

Bought it for my Ipad and I love the color and its very well protected. Putting the case may be a little hard but it pays off at the end.

I needed a strong case for taking my ipad when i travel and when you have kids, this is a lifesaver. My kids dropped my ipad several times and my ipad was well protected in the case. One con is this case is really heavy (and thus more durable than other cases) and also it needs a better stand (with multiple angles perhaps?)

We bought this then ended up taking it back. I'm sure if you need extra protection from possible damage in transport or from the elements, this is the product for you. But it's just a bit too bulky for our needs which include nothing more than daily transport to/from work in a cushy, air-conditioned car.

this case is slim and protective ,I usually don't buy otterbox because it's too bulky but they nailed this, thanks otterbox and best buy

I purchased this along with the iPad Air 2 as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! It fit the iPad Air 2 perfectly and makes the iPad bulkier but that doesn't bother us as we are much more at ease knowing the iPad is completely protected.

We purchased this for my daughter's new IPad. Easy to use and seems to work great.
