    I had a bad experience with another product and immediately exchanged it for the Otter Box! This is what I've always bought. Tried to save $ buying something else and it bit me in the butt! Never again! I'll always trust this product to protect my high dollar equipment!

    I have owned this case for a month and have since dropped my iPad on the tile floor accidentally. The case did its job and saved me from breaking the screen with no damage to the device or the case. Misuser tested, tried and true.Thank you Otter Box. 2 thumbs up..

    The sales person at the BEst Buy store was terrific. Not knowing too much about all the techie stuff today, he explained what I needed for the purpose I was looking for. So happy with the product and the service in Saugus!!!

    This was bought for an 11- year-old so thought a good, sturdy case would be appropriate. Unfortunately, it was too heavy, too hard to open and close, and just too bulky all around. Ended up not using it at all.

    Great protection for the ipad but the directions on how to put it on are useless I had to take it to the store and have it put on for me But the guys at BB were wonderful about it They even cleaned the screen with some solution before sealing it That"s why I love BB
