Case helps protect phone from breaking screen, but dust does get into phone. Dust scratches and case scratch phone. Screen gets dirty due to dust on inside of screen.

It's an otter box...they have saved my phones way too many times to count. This is my second otter box for this phone(I destroyed the first one). Still on the same phone though!!!
