I finally updated my phone and had to get a new OtterBox right away. I'm not really that clumsy but do admit to dropping my phone every so often. Since using the OtterBox my phones have remained pristine while still completely functional. A great product!

I like that it's protects from dropping but wish it was water proof like the lifeproof case.

Love the Defender, Great phone fit, well made, good protection, built in screen protector, and comes with a belt clip. Best case money can buy.

I got this case because I dropped my phone and got a dreaded spider crack across my screen :(( after paying WAY to much to replace the screen I realized it was time to get some added protection to the phone. I haven't dropped it yet (knock on wood) but it seems sturdy and built to withstand a lot. The case doesn't make the phone too bulky and the touch screen still works great through the protective screen. No issues with sound either like some people reported. LOVE the color. Worth every penny for the added protection and a peace of mind.

Very sturdy and many clips case hold it together really strong. Then, the rubber wrap clips into the plastic clips case. Drop hit on the ground couple of time from my job, never came aparts and good protection. Had lifeproof case before this and for a year, I loved it then, before this case, it became breaking apart and didn't like the screw-in audio jack but for camping, love it! So and also the silicon home button cover came off from wearing. And sometimes lifeproof case drop to ~6ft onto concrete from my job, case open up a little if hit by corners. I had this same case and series for my iPhone 5s for 2-3 years lol. Btw this new otterbox case, I'm lovin' it! Couldn't find real tree, I was upset. But love black on all techs. I give this 4 because it wish the front and back cameras were covered like lifeproof though. Screen/home button, apple logo on back, and the rest is covered.

I bought this case for my daughter. She has a habit of breaking and cracking her phone but ever since I bought this case she loves it and hasn't taken it off. Not to mention she those type of people that loves having a collection of cases for each day.

My husband will not put his phone in his pocket so needed an external holster to wear on his belt. As a result needed something that could take a beating and not scratch the screen. This one met all the necessary criteria and he's loving it....score!

It protects all parts of my phone, great case but a little bulky and heavy.

My daughter bought this phone case. She is very rough with her phones, but this one seems to be holding up really well. Plus before we bought it, a sales persons looked for the cheapest price somewhere else and gave it to us at that price. Awesome!

I love the OtterBox - Defender Series Case. As many times as I have dropped my last iPhone, the OtterBox kept it looking brand-new. When buying my new phone I was already to pick out my new OtterBox. Would not think of having a phone without one!

Purchased as gift for my hubby. He didn't want a new IPhone at first being fearfully of breaking it. However, once I showed him this case and he dropped it at work a few times he, got the teens new iPhones and this case for the boys. He loves it.

The protective case with a clip is convenient to use & gives my phone excellent protection. I did remove the plastic screen protector & attached a glass Zagg screen protector to prevent from breakage. The plastic only protects against scratching.

We had to replace my wife's previous case after 18 months. While we haven't tossed the phone around to verify the case works perfectly, the phone is intact from the couple of times it's been dropped. The case has a nice soft feel to the touch.

Bought the Otterbox for a family ember that puts heavy demands on their iphone. This box does not only protect, but it also comes with a belt loop holder. Only drawback it makes the phone quite a bit more bulky. However, better safe than sorry.

This product fits my phone like a glove and offers great protection. I have dropped my phone numerous times and have never had a cracked screen. When you take your phone out of the case it is just like taking it out of the box for the 1st time

I've used Otterbox cases before and then tried the Lifeproof case....didn't take long to switch back to Otterbox and have used them ever since. Never had any problems using these cases and will continue to do so! Very durable and easy to use!

Although this is my 3rd Defender case, it really does offer great protection from the shock of dropping the phone--which happens. I purchased on sale for around $20, a good deal. Would recommend if you don't mind it's bulk.

Purchased for my teenage son's phone, as I feel he needs as much protection on it as he can get. Otter box cases have served us well over the past 4-5 years. With all the drops and bumps, always protected with no damage to the phone/iPod/iPad.

I've always had an OtterBox for my cell phone and it's always stood up to me dropping it several time and I'm amazed that the screen on my phone has never shattered. I even slammed a car door on my phone one time the case protected my phone!

Product is great but not waterproof but it does a great job protecting the device
