Bulky and awkward case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this case because I drop my phone often, but the case I had before that only covered the back side of the phone worked much better. The plastic that covers the screen interferes with the touch screen. My fingerprint wouldn't work even after I reset it so I cut a hole out of the plastic. Now it works. Also, if any water touches my phone it immediately soaks through and gets on every piece of the case, which is quite difficult to disassemble. It is definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Never buying again

Loved it and had a great feel in my hand (but the screen saver got punched out the second night with a hair dryer to loosen the glue and some forceful pushing and it popped right out) But I was on vacation in Texas for my brother graduation, bent down to tie my shoe and it slipped out of my side pocket on my zip up hoodie at about knee height. Picked it up and it was shattered into super tiny pieces. $160 later and I have a new screen. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER OTTERBOX. Suppose to be shock resistant and protect my screen. Obviously it didn't.
