This is my second purchase of an OutterBox phone cover. It's worth the price to have solid protection, especially with a 5 year in the house wanting to touch and see constantly. It's a little heavy, but I've grown use to it.. Solid, durable, with a built in screen protector. Love my cover and the bubble gum pink color!

I have had iPhones for many years. When I got my new 6s plus my choices were very limited due to the new iPhone release. I have always used the life proof case. They did not have one to fit my new phone. I wanted something close in comparison. The sales associate showed me the Otterbox and told me that it was provide the best protection. So far it has done nicely. The only thing I have noticed is a little condensation on the inside when going from an air conditioned room to our high humidity outside. I just took it immediately out of the case and wiped it off. The phone did not appear to be wet at all. I do like the soft rubber. It keeps you hand from slipping and is very comfortable in your hand

Best all around case for rugged use. It's non slip, protects against drops and spills (note it is NOT waterproof) and all functions and buttons are supported. I do worry that the lightning connector cover may break off but it hasn't yet.

This case has covered all the bases when it comes to protecting your phone . Firm fit, protects the phone and glass screen all around and its lightweight and easy to slip in and out of your pocket and not out of your hand

If you got a iPhone and you have paid between 600/800 dollars for it, then you should seriously need to think how to protect it. Now is when the Otterbox Defender series case comes to help you. Three different layers of protection: the phone gets enclosed in a plastic case, then it goes into a rubber cover. The phone display get protected for a very sensitive plastic cover as well. Finally you have the holster, very well done, very strong. I personally prefer the black model. Excellent finish. It will provide you with a very secure grip. Very important: it comes with lifetime guarantee, if you break any part of it, just call Otterbox, they will replace it for free. I highly recommend this product.

This thing is great! Dropped the phone a couple times and it is still ok! Kinda makes the phone bulky but the peace of mind is worth it! Slides in and out of my pocket no problems!

I tried the commuter case by otterbox but just wasn't satisfied with its sturdiness or the pink and white color that got dirty within 3-5 days of just in and out of my pocketbook. But this navy blue is GR8!!! It even helps accent the rose gold color on the back window where the apple symbol is but best of all the Defender case completely secures every inch of my new iPhone 6s Plus. Don't take the cheap way go with this better case you will feel much better about the security of your phone.

I recently purchased an iPhone 6s Plus which is way too expensive to leave to chance. So I came to Best Buy, got a really good sales rep, and together we went through the pros and cons of all the 6s Plus cases. I chose this Otterbox Defender because it protects the phone from all kinds of reasonable impact and keeps the phone shiny and new inside. (Reasonable probably does not include drops out a 15th floor window and the like.) If you can call them cons, this is my list: 1) After having it a few weeks, I noticed a tiny cat hair inside the case near the home button. I was warned that "dust" would find its way in there and I'd have to open and clean the inside from time to time, so I wasn't terribly surprised. 2) It is clearly not waterproof. I used a pretty good amount of lens cleaner to clean the screen cover and it leaked inside, necessitating a quick opening to clean it off the actual phone. 3) I wasn't nuts about the color selection Considering it isn't advertised as sealed or waterproof, they aren't really cons. And color is a matter of taste. I'm more interested in the safety of my phone than in having it match my outfit or purse. . As for the pros, I am very, very happy with the excellent shock absorption, having already dropped it on a concrete NYC sidewalk and having had it fly off my desk onto the floor a few times. I also like that I found some scratches on the case which means they are not scratches on my phone, should I ever want to sell it later on. (I realized they were on the case and not on the phone when I opened it to remove the cat hair.) I am confident that I made a good choice and that this was money well spent. I expect that the Otterbox Defender will continue to keep my iPhone 6s Plus safe from all of the bumps and scrapes it will almost certainly encounter, greatly prolonging the life of my phone.

What a great package deal. Screen protector, mobile device protection and a holster all in one. Looks good and fits perfect! Ya gotta love it!!

The new Otterbox Defender cases fixed all of the previous issues with previous iPhones and is much more reliable and easier for cable connections. This case was bought for my girlfriend's 6S+ and I had the previous case for the 5. I used, abused and mistreated my phone, unintentionally of course, while using that case and never had any issues with my phone until the times I had to take it out of the case to clean it and dropped it. The same can be said for her phone as she is much more clumsy than I. Every Otterbox I have owned has been a spectacular case. If there was a downside to this case, it would be that the plastic protection screen built in will not fit over a glass shield already installed on the phone. To my behest, my girlfriend removed the plastic screen and kept the glass shield on. No doubt this will hinder any water resistant features and will lead to more dirt getting in the nooks and crannies but at least it's still protected. I would suggest this case to anyone and stress the fact that it is cable friendly to most manufacturers, especially low profile. Dynex has a habit of making huge auxiliary cables so beware of using those with this case.

This is a great case that protects your phone and it's not bulky. I especially like that it has a belt clip to hold the phone.

This case is perfect , its slim fitting ,not bulky comes with the belt clip. And gives your lphone 6S plus great protection.

This version is better than previous models and fits very well. I have already dropped the phone a few times and it is doing a better job of protecting than the New Kent case that was slimmer but after a drop resulted in having to get a replacement phone. You get what you pay for and otter box is better than most. The soft case that surrounds the plastic shell seems to be better quality than older versions in that it doesn't feel like it will stretch out or absorb oils. I wish there were more colors to choose from but protection is key with two kids that like to borrow my phone but don't appreciate how delicate they can be. With cases it seems there is always a compromise. Size for protection. you either pay a little for protection or you pay more to cover the insurance deductible.

Otterbox simply is the best at protecting our iPhones, iPads, iPods. This is the third Otterbox product I've bought personally--I have one for my son's iPod, and I also have a different colored one that I've used previously on my iPhone 6 plus. My daughter's school also uses Otterboxes for their iPads. Our iPhones/iPads/iPods have been dropped, thrown, stepped on, spilled on, you name it. Not a scratch, not a dent, nothing. They look like they've just been taken out of the box, brand new, to this day. I've tried other brands, too, like the Griffin Survivor line, which are not as good--port covers are flimsy (easily get ripped off or worn off), screen protectors get scratched up and also distort the view of the screen, liquid gets into the case, etc. Otterboxes are worth the price--they make our Apple products invincible, especially with our kids. Their screen protectors are so good and crystal clear, you'll forget they're there. They are rugged and dependable, yet not too bulky, either. It is not an exaggeration to give them 5 stars.

Purchased this case for my granddaughter's new cell phone. She's very hard on phones having already destroyed two that used fashionable but poorly made cases. This case is as close to indestructible as it available anywhere. She's already dropped it numerous times with no damage to the phone whatsoever. I was so impressed that I bought one for myself and my wife. This is without a doubt the best case on the market. Costs a bit more but worth every penny.

I first bought the original Otterbox iPhone 6 Plus case, before I even bought my 6S plus, even though I knew the iPhone 6S plus was ever so slightly bigger. It turns out that that size difference does make a difference. I tried the original case on my 6S Plus, it fit, but there was this nasty air gap on the screen protector that I couldn't get rid of, probably due to warping because of the 6s's slightly bigger size. But then I bought this one and it fits perfectly.

This case offers great protection for iPhone 6 Plus. And it fits perfectly. Best case for the price.

I was a little skeptical of this product but purchased it because it was less expensive than a Lifeproof case, which I've owned before. After using this case for just a few hours, I felt my phone was safe, protected and it did not hinder me from it's functionality. I also really like the belt clip. It holds the phone nicely, yet allows the phone for easy removal in less than a second. Sturdy, strong, would certainly buy again.

I had an otterbox defender for the last 4 years on my previous iphone. I changed iphone that required a different size case, but my old case was still in great condition, despite its infinite drops and rough handling. I wouldn't risk iphone protection to any other case. Yes, it's a bit bulkier than other cases, but it's worth the peace of mind & dependability of the product.

The Defender case by OtterBox for iPhone6SPlus is great. It is a case around your phone then another rubber case around that case which offers double protection. You can pick it up without it ever feeling like it will drop. The side grip is very grippy and the case will protect the phone at almost any angle drop. I didn't want to end up with a broken screen and so far it has passed every test.
