Good but with downfall

But the holster clip on this product could use a little less built-in WD40. The case spins a bit too freely on the clip and won't maintain it's intended position on my belt.

Negative is that the rubber protective cover loses elasticity over a period of time. Best Buy or other retailers require that you replace the entire unit at full retail.

We’re sorry that the Defender is a bit too bulky for your comfort level and that it is challenging to remove. Although it does a great job of protecting a phone from damage caused by impacts, it is not water proof.
