As well, the cover for some of the buttons, such as volume controls, were difficult to use. I traded it back in within a few days of the purchase.

The access flaps are quite rigid(which I suspect may become a bit more flexible after more use) make it difficult to plug in the charger or the headphones

Touch pad fails

Extremely Difficult Screen Touch Execution

Trying to type out a text or touch any buttons and getting to correctly work is extremely frustrating. Apple Store employee tried to help by cleaning the screen again and again. No luck. After two weeks of purchase the clip broke off the back of holder. Best Buy they would not take it back because I was 1 day past the 15 day return policy. After buying tv's speakers, receiver, I could go on & on, I will now buy my electronics elsewhere (hello Costco) over a $50.00 phone case.

Bounced mine off a concrete floor from a 6 foot ladder cracked the case, but phone was unharmed. Some folks on here talk about how bulky it is and how much it makes the phone weight. If you use a phone on a jobsite or want your phone protected, you wont care about the size or weight, all you want to know is, if I drop my phone will this case protect it, Yes it will.

I understand they protect your phone BUT you can't hear anyone talking on the phone even at high volume and they can't hear you. I absolutely HATE IT ABD WILL NEVER PURCHASE THESE OR RECOMMEND THEM. I wish I could get a refund. Even $5 would be too much to pay. I am not even using it anymore! A waste!
