Not a good case

It did not protect my phone and the case itself cracked and the corner broke off. I had to get my phone replaced. Usually otter box is pretty good. I guess they are using cheaper plastic now. I regret buying this case.

Overpriced and terrible return policy

So $70 and its defective and I must jump through additional hoops yet instill I without the main reason for my purchase in the first place.

When you say that the Defender was a little too big, do you mean that it was too bulky for your comfort level or that it didn’t fit? If it didn’t fit, that is strange as our cases are designed to fit their device like a glove but if this is the situation we suggest that you return it to Best Buy for an exchange.
If the Defender is just a bit too bulky then you might be interested in the Commuter or Symmetry style case. They are both slimmer than the Defender and still offer great protection. My case remained up-touched, but it did not protect my phone. The screen of my phone was shattered into pieces along with the screen protector I had on it.
