Overall protection is good except that moisture gets inside the case. I think it needs re-engineering. A bit bulky too.

Very light pink. Strong case. Don't put phone in a black coat or pants that can transfer color! Turns edges of case darker and makes case look dirty!

I purchased this for my spouse who works outdoors. When buying a new cellphone case, which is every time we upgrade we go for Otterbox. The defender model, is heavy duty in my opinion. Keeps the actual phone clean and has withstood all drops as of now. Very reliable brand and product. Will continue purchasing this brand and model.

I prefer the OtterBox case over any other phone case. It is sturdy and protects my phone well. I particularly like the snap in and snap out feature.

otterbox is not new, but even going direct to them, they sent only the box, not the skin, which nullified the safety feature, which is why you buy these. My last otterbox casing protected my phone and cracked. Best Buys pricing was excellent for the buy, and this was an old version of an iphone. I was happy they carried it.

My son dropped his phone in the middle of the cross walk. Before he could grab it a car ran over it with its front and back tire. I thought the phone was ruined. To my surprise the IPhone was in perfect condition due to the case taking the it. We’ve been using Otter since I has the iPhone 3 and will continue to but for all our devices.

I work construction, I dropped my phone off of a 4 story building, it hit scaffolding a few times on the way down and landed on the corner of the phone. The hard plastic clip shattered but not a scratch to be found on my phone!!!! I just knew I would have to buy a new phone while watching it fall. I was wrong!!!! Thanks otter box!!!

I absolutely love this product. I'm always dropping my phone and this product protects like no other. I tried a less expensive product once and came back to buy this one. I recommend it to everyone. I have bought it for my dad's phone and my sister bought one for her phone. I will never buy anything else other than this product when I upgrade my phone.

This case is a must have. I will always have an otter box defender case. I have dropped my phone countless times. It has fallen from one story up onto a wood floor and nothing happened to my phone. I watch people get their broken screens repaired over and over while this case has protected my phone and has resulted in a protected phone and unbroken screen.
