This case is solid and fits snugly on the iPhone 7. It is a tad thicker than other cases but considering you are spending close to a grand, in some cases, I think it's worth the slight thickness. Also the screen cover is tight on the screen unlike cheaper alternatives.

For the last 7 years my family of 4 owned IPhones all protected by otterbox Defender cases. Accidentally dropping your phone is never a problem. Your phone is guaranteed to survive! I unintenionally tested it several times! This is the best case for your phone!

I like the Defender. It protects well against drops but it allows too much dust to enter case.

I've had several of these cases and all have been great. My biggest complaint in the past would be the clip on the heavy plastic belt holder. I wear my phone 7 days a week 12+ hours a day and continuously popping it off to answer. I've broken 3 of them in as many years.

Ever since my iPhone 5, I have bought Otterbox Defender series cases. Love the durability and the belt clip, unlike most people I cannot stand having a phone in my pocket. I am very hard on my phones, but when you take them out of this case they still look brand new.

I had the Defender series case for my iPhone 5s which was good but a little flawed.. This case though is much better. There is more touch screen area then for the 5s had. Before you couldn't quite get to the edge of the screen but this case allows you to. Very durable.

The colors where nice and the case protected the phone..I still use it A year later...

Ever since I have been buying iPhones I have walked out of the store with it in an Otterbox. No screen protector needed as it is built in. I have dropped my phone several times on the road or concrete with no worrry as I know it is in an Otterbox. No damage ever!

I love it! I'm not very careful with what I have and things don't last long with me. But I'm happy to say that I still use this case and it still looks very good! I've had a Lifeproof case before which also didn't last long. This one is much better than Lifeproof.

Good quality, excellent protection, would prefer more waterproof - but it performs as advertised.

I always use the defender cases on my phones because I work in construction but when I'm not working I like to take the case off because of its size and lack of style the 7 case is much slimmer so I don't have to take it off as often and it's much easier to remove.

Seems to protect the phone well. It's been dropped a couple times and it's still working great.

Good sturdy case, a lot of dust gets between screen protector and phone really easy though

I have been using this line of cases for about five years. I have dropped my phones onto solid concrete more than once and the phone did not have a scratch on it. The one thing I don't like is that the charging port cover is tight, especially on the new iPhone 7. It is challenging to pull out the cord and I have already ruined one charging cable by not being able to pull it from the actual plug. Otherwise, I like this case.
