I also like that it has an additional piece to put on that clips my phone to my belt. It has a very secure feeling attachment. Overall I am very satisfied with it; however, better instructions for how to put it on the phone would be helpful. I was very concerned that I was going to break it.

No Fingerprints

With one big exception, Most other aspects integrate well with the I-Phone. My Big exception is the ability to transfer the fingerprint unlock through the Otterbox membrane. The membrane is mounted on top of the screen membrane creating a gap to the button that is set lower on the phone. The result is that the membrane rides so high above the button that only a portion of the finger is pressed to the button, creating a failed unlock.

Good things and bad things

However, there is a little plastic piece that covers the home key that is already starting to peel up- I bought it about two weeks ago. It is also highly inconvenient when I want to charge my phone or (since the charging port is now the headphone port too) listen to music. They understandably keep it covered with a little rubber flap, but it's bulky and difficult to move out of the way. Essentially, it protects, but this comes at a cost.

We actually might recommend switching to our Symmetry case style, which still offers drop protection, just in a more streamlined design. The Symmetry does not have anything over the home button or the charger port area, so you would have full access to these features.
