Otter Defender series is a good case for a reasonable price. The only thing that I find is the built in screen protector leaves a bit of room for an air gap. That is easily fixed by adding a stick on glass screen protector to the phone before putting it in the case.

The Otter box defender case provides total protection including built in screen protection. Fits my Samsung S5 perfectly. I replaced a 3 year old defender case since the rubber outer cover was showing signs of wear and becoming loose. The soft rubber gives lots of grip on many surfaces and will keep the phone from slipping around when sitting on the console in moving car. In fact I had accidentally left my phone on my car hood and noticed it after I started driving on the freeway. I was able to safely slow down and pull over to the shoulder and retrieve my phone. I wouldn't recommend trying this to test it out however.

i used an otterbox defender case for about four years on my iphone 4, protecting it even to this day from on average at least one 3 foot drop a week onto concrete or asphalt, usually when i forget my phone is on my lap and get out of my truck somewhere. the new otterbox is almost as good as the last model i used. so far the only disappointment is the opening around the speaker hole, which lets in water more in the iphone7 model than it did in my old 4 case. luckily the iphone 7 is the most water resistant iphone to date, so water in the case is more annoying than catastrophic. the realtree camo model looks good - the orange helps catch your eye and the camoflage pattern is rather woodsy. great investment to protect your iphone if you are one of those rare individuals that values keeping your screen in one piece and not shattered like everyone elses seem to be.

This case for the iPhone 7 is the best, it protects it in every way possible and you can remove the clip-on if it's too bulky for you. The Great thing is it has a plastic shield already on it so you don't have to waste money on that part and all the buttons on the phone are accessible. I recommend this if you're Constantly dropping your phone or you're always on the move. The texture of the case is awesome too it has a nice grip to it and it comes in different colors, I highly recommend it .

This is actually the perfect case for this phone. Easy to put on and off and does a nice job protecting the phone. I would for sure recommend. I am a big fan of the otter box products.

I drop my phone multiple times a day. This is the best protection product I could ever get. The price was nice as well. Can’t go wrong with otterbox.

Love it... A bit bulky but saves my phone. I don't use the plastic cover, but instead also purchase a glass protector. Works much better.

Great product! A must have investment to protect your phones. May seem bulky, but is WAY better than having to replace your phone.

Protects the case very well but the front screen protector is not so good it’s very hard to type and get used to because you have to press harder and sometimes it doesn’t read my finger because the type of screen protector it is beware

I always use the Defender Otterbox cases. Love the people who think it is bulky and they have broken and cracked screens (even the salesperson who admitted she should have use the Defender case.) Firstly, it is not bulky. Also love the color. Just wish that the screen could stay cleaner. Prolong the life of your phone and get one.

This case is the best for maximum protection. It is bulkier than the Commuter. It includes a screen protector.

case fits as tight as the prior generations, the rubber surround is very comfortable for your hand, if you have them remove the clear plastic screen and add the Zagg "Invisible Shield Glass" it is an unbeatable combo. Excellent protection and no longer gets sand etc under the plastic screen. A+

It’s a great case for protection. Only downfall is that it’s a bit bulky. But worth it

Bought this because my Best Buy didn’t have the Lifeproof Fre for iPhone 8 in stock. This case does protect but it’s bulky and difficult to pull in and out of my front pocket.

This is a good case for someone who wants the protection and doesnt care about bulk. We bought this one for my grandmother and she likes it. Gives her more weight in her hand and a good grip. Works just like all the others by Otterbox that we've used in the past.

These are great cases and I have used them on each phone I have had for years now. I was excited to get this cute polkadot one as I had never seen designs on them before. The case itself is great. It protects the phone wonderfully. However some weird seal over the dots design has started to flake off. Otterboxs warranty their stuff and are great about replacing products that have issues so I'll simple just email them and get a replacement hopefully. I only knocked one star off because I am just disappointed that it happened but again it's no biggie.

The otterbox will definitely protect your device from the active iPhone users accidents: falling from your pocket while on step ladder (not recommended practice), the whims and fancies of a two year old, the occasional toss onto the bed that ends with either a miss or bounce onto the floor. I have used otterbox since my first smartphone about 8 years back and I don't bother with any other brand. The case I use is the "Defender" it suits my clumsiness as I am prone to pull my phone from my pocket in a manner that "ejects" it somehow and it will fly up and onto the floor or pavement. This case has never let me down. I use the belt clip as a stand all the time. People may find that it makes your phone too big - I'm a iPhone 7 plus user and find it a very small issue to ensure the protection of my device.
