For some reason it restricts the button from being pushed without having to push very very hard. I took my back and went with a different case.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly for the money should be a better product but since I purchased for $25.00 on sale I won’t argue the outer rubber casing tends to wear out I don’t recommend changing cases often my issue is that dust,dirt and junk are readily getting in the case and I have to clean often as I don’t want it entering my iPhone also unsure why but the case leaves a non removable ring in the cutouts from the front speaker and in the back around the camera and the apple sign which kinda sucks all in all case is still better then a lot of others for protecting your phone wish they would make a waterproof case since this one is not that may be a deal breaker for some but I’m on my 2nd case as I’ve had this phone just over a year

It is certainly odd that dust and debris have been able to enter the unit so easily, since as long as all port covers are sealed for the majority of the time, dirt should not get into the case.
