I’ve had zero problems and my phone has not been damaged by any of the times I’ve dropped it. However, I would find that the thin sides of the front plastic would easily break when I put my phone in my pocket. Being able to get a replacement part from otterbox however has been a breeze and I continue to buy this for my family’s phones.

A trick I have found is remove the flap(cover) over the insert for the power/headphones and it keeps the outside rubber material from stretching so fast.

I love that fact that it has a built in screen protector. I once drove off with my phone left on the top of my car. It finally flew off when I hit 40mph...my phone came out unharmed thank to my defender!

Would have liked a kickstand or similar, but really like that the mute button is protected, since I would bump it on without realizing it. Wireless charging works through the case.
