Too big and bulky

When I upgraded my phone to iPhone 8 Plus and thought it would be a perfect case for it. NO. It makes my 8 Plus heavier, bulky and hard to crab. I have hard time to operate my 8 Plus with the case on. The finger print doesn't work well neither. I only use it for couple months and replace it with other case and add a screen protector instead.

Our deepest apologies that this Defender series ended up seeming a bit bulkier than you remembered! Although the extra layers add quite a bit in terms of protection, we certainly understand why this might make the case a little larger than life. However, we find it strange that the fingerprint film was not working well, since the case is designed with full device functionality in mind.
