It feels good and very sturdy. Protects my phone all around, no need for a screen protector.

I always trust Otter Box, every Iphone I have had has been protected by an Otter Box. I have and Iphone 8plus and I use the Samsung charger where I can just set my phone on it and had been worried it wouldn't charge thru the Otter Box case but my daughter placed hers on it and her phone charged so I had to buy myself and Otter Box. Having that layer of protection eases my mind since I can be so clumsy sometimes.

Was looking for best overall protection, least bulk, uninhibited clearance to speaker & mic. Appreciate rubbery perimeter protection to prevent possible damage from contacting hard surfaces.

I first bought an Otterbox Commuter case. Trouble was no screen protector and not enough protection to fully protect the phone. Returned it and purchased a Defender series. Works great.

My previous phone, the iPhone 4s, stayed in an Otterbox Defender case for its entire life, all five + years Only problem that case had was the rubber finally disintegrated.

Provides great protection for iPhone from breakage. It’s bulky but I can live with that.

Although it’s somewhat heavy and bulky, it provides the best protection to your phone.

I would never leave a store with out one. I every time i get a new iPhone or iPad, iPod i buy one. I have had misfortune of dropping my but so for it lived up to it name.

I always choose Otterbox for my phones. I work around dirt, water and animals so I need to protect my phone and Otterbox does that. I can’t tell you how many times I have dropped my phone or had it knocked out of the holder by a dog and my phone is still in one piece

I like Otterbox overall, but I keep expecting them to improve and they don’t. The plastic ‘screen protection’ still bubbles and makes it hard to text. I usually remove it, but decided this time to return the case and go another route

Always used the otter box fo all phones and iPads. Never had a scratch or one break. I have thrown the phone to demonstrate to others that it makes the phone indestructible. I also left to on the roof of my car one morning and located it on the side of the highway late that afternoon through the find my phone function. The phone was fine. These cas s work too good. Worth every penny.

Our purchase experience was very good! the phone experts were well trained and answered all of our questions and was able to move all of our saved files from the old phone to the new one very efficiently. We were in and out of the store faster than we had expected. Great Job Best Buy!

Protection wise its ok but when it comes to the screen protector. It get dirty from the inside often and i have to open it apart to clean the inside cuz it get dirty from i dont know where. Its supposed to be seal nd nothing getting inside but somehow it gets dirty.

The Defender Otter Box case was a great investment for my new phone. It came highly recommended by the sales team at Best Buy, as well as many other friends.

Best Buy price and service was excellent. Salesman very helpful in setting up the phone and giving a orientation. Good place to shop for phones and cases.

This case is a bit bigger(thicker) than many but to be honest you get used to it after spending an hour or 2 with it. I had this case on my phone and in hand while jogging and rolled my ankle and falling full force on the sidewalk with my phone display side to the ground and slid on it. Some material was scraped from the case but the phone is just fine. Excellent product!
