The only problem is the rubber will stretch out by the charging plug and dust always works its way under the screen. The stretched out rubber is always taken care of under otterboxs' warranty. The dust is taken care of with an occasional cleaning. When it comes to protection though, the rubber stretching and dust penetration is worth it. I've dropped my iPhone from 6-8' heights with no worrys.

I've always had otterbox cases for my phones
