I have used Otterbox Defender cases on all of our phones. I have dropped my phone on the pavement and surprisingly no damage! These are definitely made to protect your phone. I would definitely buy again!

This phone case provides excellent protection. A little bulky for my liking but it comes with a decent sized belt clip.

I've always been a fan of Otterbox cases because they're durable and offer true protection for your phone. I recently purchased a new phone and wanted as much protection as possible so I invested in another Otterbox. I did research to weigh out my options, but I've had these cases in the past and they've never let me down. It's not as bulky as some may presume it to be, allows me to utilize the Touch ID, and has a built in screen protector. You really can't go wrong with this case.

Love the otter box defender series. Every device I buy gets one and my iPhone 8 Plus is no exception. I’ve dropped my phone several times owning these types of cases and the phone never gets damaged.

I got this because I shattered my screen with my prior phone case. This one is very durable and have dropped the phone multiple times since my purchase and there is no sign of the drops on the phone.

This case provides a very strudy protection for my IPhone 7Plus. Very resonably price. Comes in variety colors.

Phone fits perfectly and the color is a plus. Have dropped a couple of times and my phone has not been damaged.

I enjoy the Otterbox Defender series for a lot of iPhones. I have the jet black iPhone 7+, which Apple says can the finish of this particular model can scratch from microabrasions. This Defender series keeps that finish safe, but mostly hides that glossy black finish from view. The defender series has two layers, the hard plastic shell that snaps around the phone, and then the rubber cover to hold the plastic pieces together which also covers the charging port and mute switch from dust. I find the buttons still work really well with the case, though the small mute ringer switch is hard to get to through the case. The case protects as it needs to, but adds a lot of bulk to an already large phone.

This casebhas never done me wrong ive dropped my phone so many times pulling it out of my pocket or just dropping it and its lnded face down every way it can and i dont have a scratch!

This case is good enough. It protects the phone from drops but the screen covering is an issue. I’ve never had real trouble using an iPhone with this style case before but really did have a hard time with this one. The screen just doesn’t register taps and touches. Other than that its a fine case.

I have been using Otterbox Defender cases on my smartphones going all the way back to the Blackberry Curve. Classic protection though it does add some bulk to the phone. On my iPhone 7 Plus it does make it a little tough to remove from the pocket when I am wearing blue jeans but at least I know my phone is well protected so to me it is worth the extra bulk. Each phone that I have used an Otterbox Defender on has looked like it just came out of the box when the time came to sell them. After years of only buying the black case this time I bought the blue one since it was about twenty dollars cheaper and I have to admit I like it better than the black.

I have no worries now about the phone in this case. A drop on the floor is a rubbery dud sound. We didn't care for the built-in screen protector so I ripped that clear plastic out. We then use standard peel-on screen protectors. I have the Commuter series on my phone.

This defender case is the only cause I will use on my personal phones with kids. It provides the most protection and survives a 3 and 5 year olds abuse. A plus rating.

I've been using otterbox since my iPhone 3gs and they continue to be the standard for mobile protection. The only cons are the screen protector wearing out on them (scratches) and the overall bulk. The biggest issue I have? Cost. You can get the same case elsewhere for a more reasonable price but when you get a new phone and tell the salesperson you don't need all that fancy insurance, you put a case on as soon as you get it. At least that's what I do because I know my phone will be subjected to the same environment as the rest of my tools. I'll continue to use them until something else I can count on comes along.

I love this product. The color is bright and the two colors are really nice together. I can't tell people enough about my otterbox. It has saved my phone so many times. I see all these phones with shattered screens and think should have had an otterbox. My friends have seen me do so crazy things with my phone ( not intentional) and are shocked that it's in perfect condition. OTTERBOX, OTTERBOX!!!!!!!!

Purchased the Defender to protect my new iPhone 7+ when on sale at half price. I wanted a durable case and something to protect the front glass of the phone. This case does both. The Best Buy Geek installed it for me saving me that hassle although I have taken it apart to clean a spot off of the inside face and it was very easy to put back together. The phone fell about 2 feet on its corner and while the case snapped open there was no other damage and it easily snapped back together. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the charger port requires a little more effort than I think it should.

This is the 2nd Otterbox Defender case I have purchased. My original kept my 6s+ safe through plenty of abuse, so when I upgraded, there was no question that I would purchase another. This case fits comfortably, protects the phone from life, and feels good in your hand. Occasionally use the holster, which holds the phone solid.
