Used otter box cases since I phones came out, never had issues and have saved a a couple of phone when I dropped them. You can't go wrong with the defender!

This case saved my phone from a fall off of a moving vehicle. The phone has worked fine for months since then. The screen and home button are covered. The rubber exterior keeps the phone from sliding off of things. Speakers and camera work fine with the case and phone calls are not distorted. The plastic screen cover does scratch (work environment) so I replace it about every 6 months.

Have been buying the defender case ever since my first iPhone which was an iPhone 4 . Offers the best protection especially if you’re rough on phones

I bought this case to protect my phone for a two week road trip through the Canadian Rockies. It held up great and did everything it advertised. Kept my phone safe for days on end bouncing around my car and jacket pockets while hiking up mountains without a problem. I only have two issues with the case: 1) the size of the case is a little big to be in a pocket all day and 2) the built in screen protector took some getting used to with how much pressure you need to apply to the screen. Minor issues though to be sure. Overall I'm really happy with the case and would definitely recommend it.

My iPhone 5 broke just from a 3ft fall and couldn't use it for my new upgrade iPhone 7. So I was determined to find the ultimate phone case to protect my new phone. The plastic cover over the face of the phone gets dirty and seems to attract cat hair and smudges more than I like. So I have to clean it a couple of times a day. But I have dropped it without panicking that it will break.

The Otterbox Defender is great for protecting your device (investment). I was admittedly concerned that the case would make my phone too bulky. Quite the contrary - I quickly became used to it and really like how solid it feels in my hand. I would definitely buy again. One side note - I popped out the built-in screen protector in favor of a separate protector (I think Belkin).

Nothing protects like this Otter Box. If you are like me & are tied to your phone for a significant amount of time you want to protect it. I bought this case specifically for the amount of protection it offers. It is big & bulky. The screen protector kind of removes some of the tactile feedback you receive. But I have dropped my phone numerous times in the shop where I work, banged it against commercial grade heavy steel equipment & even had multiple tumbles onto concrete in a couple parking lots. It has saved my expensive phone numerous times already.

I’ve had it for over a year and it has been very reliable. I have dropped my phone several times, and this case has protected it well. However, I do recommend using a different screen protector in addition to this case. I actually removed the plastic screen protector that comes with this case, and instead used a tempered glass screen protector.

Tryed others and otterbox always seems to be the go to. Screen gets stracthes easily so prolly replace with zagg shield but still the best

The defender case has saved my phone many times from damage when I have dropped it. I like the sturdy design and built in screen protector. Easy to take apart to clean, I feel this case is well worth the money. I use the clip on belt attachment and like the easy release from the belt clip. Cheaper options are available but I think Otter Box is well worth the investment.

Good protection for my phone. Strong and durable. It holds up very well, even if dropped Would recommend it especially for heavy workers

This is a necessity, great bang for the buck, especially considering the cost of the product it's made to protect. Valuable accesory, protects your phone from almost everything and is cheap considering the cost of repair or replacement for damages it prevents. It's a Must have, and the company honors replacement with no fuss and minimal costs if you have any problems.

I have always loved the otter box. I have bought one for each iphone i have had. The only think i do hate about it is that it is a bit bulky. But that is what keeps it protected. I have had lifeproof for an iphone 6 and dropped it a 5 feet drop and my phone stop working. I have drop my iphone with many otter box and not a single scratch on the iphone

I've bought every iphone from the beginning and with every iPhone came the otterbox case defender series I have had others but didn't trust them to even keep my screen protector clean from scratches let alone from dropping the phone if I ever did with this case I wouldn't be worried if I dropped it or anything in fact I lost my phone going to work had to stop for car trouble and dropped it outside and went back and found it ran over I'm sure because the case was broke but the phone still perfectly fine

This is my second Defender Otterbox. The first was for my IPhone 5. It worked great. When I got my new iPhone 7 pluse I knew that I needed a Otterbox to protect it. They are a little bulky and pricey, but after all the times I dropped my old phone and never had ANY damage, I knew I needed a good and tough case. Outer box is the best case on the market.

Purchased this to go with a new phone. I have purchased one each time I have upgraded a phone since it provides good protection.

I really like the color of the case. It gives a good amount of protection. It's just not very low profile and adds a lot of bulk to the case
