This is a great case for optimal protection against everything except water (it is NOT waterproof). Dropped several times without scratches or malfunction. Works great.

Got this case when I bought my iphone 5. Very sturdy case that protects really well. Decided to put a screen protector on the front of the case to prevent scratching of the clear front.

This product saved my last IPhone from a potentially fatal swim. When I pulled it out of the water, there were literally 3 droplets on the screen and the rest was perfectly dry.

I have used OtterBox cases since I purchased my first iPhone. They are awesome! Every iPhone and iPad I own has an OtterBox case. You simply cannot afford to risk your valuable equipment without reliable, proven protection. The iPhone 5 case is the best design so far. The cutout area for the camera is a great design this time. The clip is sturdy and reliable. I know this isn't really all that important but I love the color variations that they have as well.

I like the new style of otter box. It has a tighter fitting outer rubber case. Still a little bit to bulky

The Otterbox Defender Series protective case is perfect for someone like me. I have a bad habit of dropping my iPhone. I work on a major highway system in Ohio and every time I drop my phone it is on the hard asphalt surface. I have dropped it many times since purchasing the new phone and case in September. The phone is still working like the day I bought it. I highly recommend this Otterbox product for those who are hard on their phones.

Gives extra protection to my phone bbut downside being that moisture can get underneath screen cover.

Overall it does as advertised it keeps my iPhone safe. I do find the belt clip very clumsy and you can't take photos or use the flash light function with clip in place. I have the pink and grey combo and it seems to be getting dingy looking faster than I'd like and I'm a neat freak. I do like the screen cover better in this version than in the less expensive Otter Boxes, it was also easy to place on the phone. I can't comment on its protective features as I haven't dropped my phone. Overall it does the job, I believe phone cases are all over priced so its value for the price isn't a fair question because none of them are worth it!

I selected this product because of the continued success I have recieved each time I purchase an outer box product. It last long, is almost wear free and it is worth the money.

This is a replacement cover and holder for my present 5S iphone. This can be worn either vertically or horizontaliy on a belt to hold the 5S iphone.iphone. Easy to remove the phone. The price at Best Buy is half the price charged at Verizon or AT&T stores for the cover and belt holster. Ease of replacing the phone cover and holster was also a factor in the decision to purchase.

Fit and works as it should. As always, otter box has saved my phone several times.

I just purchased my iPhone about a month ago, and I have already said, "thank goodness for my phone case" about 4 times. My son accidentally dropped my phone from a tall counter-top to the tile floor and there isn't a scratch on the phone. My teenage son has used Otterbox for his phone and he highly recommends it also. It has been our experience that Otterbox is very good about sending you a new case if there is any damage done to the product.
