I don't handle things very gentle. This case was the only way I was going to be able to keep an iPhone at all. Work is rough and tough. But, so is the Defender Otterbox. Dropped from many heights up to 10 feet multiple times on the job. Never damage to my iPhone.

This item is worth the money especially if you are prone to dropping things.

Outstanding phone holder and clip to protect iphone or and any other phones

OtterBox - Defender Series Case is an awesome case to protect your iPhone from drops and scratches. The only thing that bugs me about the case is that is I need to move app to a different screen, I have a hard time getting said app to move past the edge of the OtterBox plastic screen.

This was a gift for my son who has the iPhone 5s. In otterbox tradition - it is rugged and holds the phone well. The belt clip is not reliable - it tends to break if you sit and then stand, but Otter Box has always been good about replacing the clip.

I have bought this product in the past, and they have protected my phones.

I am a delivery driver, so I need a case that can put up with the abuse my phone sees from day to day. With an otter box I have never been disappointed. I have even dropped it out of the back of a bobtail on to concrete (about a 4-5 foot drop) and it protected my phone through that.

The clip-on feature is great. Even better than the clip on tie I had back in grade school!!!

I love the Otter Box defender series phone case because it keeps my investment of the iPhone safe. My husband is an electrician and the other cases did not provide this level of protection for the phone.

This case replaced another OtterBox Defender that we only had to replace because the owner of the phone wanted a different color. I stand by these cases and wouldn't hesitate to get them again for all my phones!

I bought this case for an iPhone SE. The case fits well and seems to be very sturdy. The only problem I had was removing the rubber surround to be able to get the case on the phone. Otherwise, it looks nice and feels comfortable.

This is my second otterbox defender case. I bought this one when I upgraded my ipohone, never had any issues with the first case. Great case for protection against damage. I've dropped my phone several times and there was no damage to the phone or screen,

Great case. Phone is very well protected and insulated. I dropped it several times and not a scratch on the case nor did I have any problems with the phone. If there is a downside it's the holster. It's a little tight putting the phone back into the holster causing a little wear and tear around the area of the case that connects into the holster. As a result I would rate it a 4 1/2 Not quite a 5

I love otterbox. Their customer service is top notch and I've never had a problem when the rubber loses its shape and it has to be replaced. So far so good, as we will see how long the rubber holds out. Either way, rubber or not I love otterbox and I've had many different cases.

Love how tightly It wraps around the phone and the rubber cover doesn't stick to the inside of your pockets. Honestly this 5S defender case for the iphone is the best otterbox case I've seen. Just wish you could customize the colors more and and had for military camo designs.

My 12 yr old son is very active outdoors scootering, skateboarding, biking... These cases are not inexpensive, but the cheap ones are good for a drop or 2 and then don't provide good protection for a phone that is very expensive to replace. Worht the $'s

I want to keep my iPhone protected from damage and the Otterbox Defender series case provides the best protection available. I've had mine on since the first day and my 3 year old iPhone looks brand new depite a few drops and being carried in my pocket.

Awesome sound quality and comes with a belt clip holder! Way better than a Lifeproof!!

Fits my phone like it should. No problems with this one but previous boxes before the clip snapped and the clips that the belt clip clips into seem to break off after long use. Could be me but I would think those shouldn't be breaking since that is the main thing holding this all together. I still got another as they do last a long time and protect the phone.
