Case squeezes phone and causes touch screen to malfunction. I had problems with my phone for a while before I finally realized it was this case. Switched to another brand case and haven't had a problem since. It's a shame because this OtterBox Defender costed more than my current case and I loved it besides the issue it caused.

I was upset that this case didn't come with a screen protector. I would like to see a case with a closeable camera lens protector. That being said I am a mechanic and have already stopped my phone several times with no damage to the phone or the case.

Wow, on a whim I found this OtterBox while window shopping at BB. It was on sale too which is an added plus! It was incredibly difficult to find a good case that was not $60 for an older phone. I have dropped my phone many times and have not feared I would see a crack screen. I am still getting use to the bulkiness of the case otherwise it does what it is suppose to do protect your phone. I also like that the charging port is also protected. The only gripe I have is I have to squeeze the phone a little harder on the sides to activate my google assistant or to turn up/down the volume.

This is by far the best case I've got. I treat my phones well, but I still crack screens. This case has kept my phone protected even on jobs sites (construction). It's a bit bulky, but small for a strong protective case.

Had case for one months no damage to phone after a couple of drops and easy to hold in the had. Yes, it makes it a little large but worth it.

Same great otterbox protection that you have come to love and enjoy. Only down side is it's bulky but that's the price you pay for safety.

This phone protector is pretty good. It does what it is supposed to do as far as protecting the body of the phone. That being said it doesn't do much for the screen...at all! The appearance is okay; no fuss no muss.

OtterBox has been very good about their defender series cases. Unfortunately the title for this one did not state screenless. Without a front cover screen. Until I read more in depth and when I received it. Obviously it’s too late from that point forward because I wasn’t about to look for another one. Best Buy needs to do a better job about stating exactly what they were getting and also OtterBox need to do more research about how the defender cases were better when they had a front protector. Isn’t that the whole point of that? To protect?

With phones being so overpriced nowadays you just can't get any phone case for your new phone makes sure you get an Otter Box case I have been using OtterBox cases on all my phone's and I have never had an issue I drive trucks and I'm constantly in and out of my truck my phone falls sometimes in the truck and sometimes out of the truck my screen has never cracked thank God the most damage I've noticed was a nick on the actual case

Only had this one for a couple weeks but before this phone I had the Samsung s9 and used the same defender series case for 2 years. Kept my phone in immaculate condition! It's the only case I use for my phones. I have 2 kids that like to play with my phone and occasionally drop or throw my phone and this case has protected it from shattering my screen. It's already been thrown and dropped and my phone looks and performs great.

Bulky but worth it. Feels good in the hand and perfect protection for the phone.

Does anyone even read reviews for OtterBoxes? At this point, I feel like people either use cases, or they don't.... I can't really even imagine doing research and reading reviews on an OtterBox though. Hahaha Anyway, for what it's worth I feel like this case design is an improvement over the previous generations design although the case is a little bulkier now so hopefully it works better at protecting the phone.

The case does a good job but is very bulky. The tradeoff is size for max. protection.

I have several years of experience with OtterBox cases and I buy one as soon as I get a new phone. Unfortunately I have already dropped my phone once and had no issues at all, since I had the OtterBox on it already. It is expensive, but the phone inside is much more expensive, so I consider it worth it.

This OtterBox is extremely protective for my husband's Google Pixel 4xl. It is extremely hard to get a sturdy case for these phones. Best Buy had one and it was quick and easy to get it. I ordered it online and drove to the store and picked it up. Took me about 30 min total. Thanks BestBuy

This is my 3rd OtterBox case, and I swear by them. They provide superb protection, especially against the shock of dropping the phone onto a hard floor (which I've done many times with several phones without any negative consequences).

Everything aligns perfect and there is a little more weight than say the symmetry series. But it's probably worth it....you could drop this thing down 2 flights of stairs and be Confident there isn't a scratch on the phone. Would definitely buy again.

Very good case. My phone fell from a 2 story building. I wanted to zoom in on my ex who was with this dude and I wanted to see their face, and my phone fell. AND IT DID NOT GET DAMAGED AT ALL thanks to this case! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
