Otterbox has a reputation for making excellent cases for phones and tablets. The OtterBox - Defender Series Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 case is no exception. The 2-piece polycarbonate inner shell has a built-in screen protector, saving the buyer from having to purchase one separately. The rubber outer cover has plugs that cover the ports on the phone preventing dust and water from entering. While the case is NOT waterproof and does not allow for submersing the phone in liquid, it will minimize the chance of liquids entering the phone from splashing or minimal spills. This case is a good investment to protect an expensive phone. A holster is also included which securely holds the phone and doubles as a stand for the phone - good for watching videos. Pros: Sturdy Protects the phone Allows access to the Note 5's stylus Cons: It's a little bulky. (Considering the size of the phone by itself, the added bulk is an acceptable trade-off for the protection the case provides.)

I love the cover for my phone. I had one for the Samsung 3 and loved it. These phone are so slim and very easy to slip out off my hands, making it very easy for me to drop. The protection cover does just what it say.....protects the phone. I have dropped my phone several times and it did not break. Awesome!

This product does exactly what it says it does. Protects the screen and phone from scratches and drops. Only downside is the size. If you can deal with that than this product is for you.

I purchased this case and immediately proceeded to dropping my phone. To my satisfaction, my Galaxy Note 5 survived without incident. This case is worth every penny. The only downside is the interference of the built in screen protector with the s-pen. More pressure just needs to be applied to work around this issue.

Got this case for my wife's new phone that she got on a Black Friday deal. Within 12 hours she had already dropped the phone and this case had done it's duty. The Defender series are great cases, can't go wrong.

Comfortable to hold, not Slick so it won't slip out of my hands. Protects & looks good. Exactly what I needed.

Not Bad... A little Bulky but I feel confident that if I drop my phone its protected!

Case protects phone wonderfully, but the rubber seems to be getting worn out near where the charger connects due to it having to be pulled open while charging. The good news is I got a wireless charger and it works through the case.

This product provides superior protection against damage caused by accidental drops. Very durable. I just wish they had had some fun designer options similar to Kate Spade or Casetify. I would be willing to pay extra for function combined with fashion.

The OtterBox is a must have case for phone protection. Very sturdy and reliable. My only complaint is that within the first week, my case was stained. From further research, this is a common complaint with this case. I've tried cleaning it to no avail. The blue surface stains take away from the beauty of the case.

This phone protector is really great quality. It fits the Note 5 perfectly. The only negative is the price but it's the same price everywhere else. The camera hole fits perfectly as well. No problems with taking pictures at all.

This is a wonderful case. It is a bit bulky, as most Otterbox cases are, but completely protects the phone. Worth the money!

Great protection for our Note 5 phones. Easier to open and clean. I have dropped the phone and it was protected. YEA!

Case was for my daughter in law she loves pink everything although she likes a brighter pink most of the time, this was the only pink case otterbox offered for her note 5

I ended up buying this case cause there were limited selections to choose from for the Galaxy Note 5. Everything I saw was for an Iphone... Just an FYI to case manufactures, there are other phones out there that people buy. Overall good case. Keeps me from cracking my phone when I drop it. It also comes with a screen shield, and the down side is the wireless charger does not work with this case.

Love my otter box, glad I purchased it for my new phone otherwise I would be purchasing a new phone already.
