This Otterbox has excellent fit as do most of their products. It is much slimmer than others I have had in the past which makes it much easier to use. One issue is limited screen protection. I feel like if the phone were dropped on the screen this case would do almost nothing to protect it.

I've typically purchased an Otterbox Defender Series case for every cell phone that I've owned. They appear to provide the best protection out of what Best Buy carries. This version was a little different than the previous cases. It has a slimmer profile than the older versions. Also, the display is a little more open and does not have the clear display cover. If you purchase this for your S8+, I'd also recommend to get the Invisible Shield HD screen protector. The Otterbox is designed to be slim and it allows the screen to project out past the edge of the case. This would allow for the display to catch the brunt of a fall. With the added screen protector it could help prevent a shattered screen if the phone were to take a tumble.

Great case that fits like a glove. Protection that has proven itself time after time. I had my last phone 4 years. When I bought a new phone, my old one still looked brand new inside the case.

I've heard there are now other cases that offer as much protection as OtterBox. This time I got tired of researching and went with a proven product that I know and has always worked well for me. It's a good fit as usual, and a good feel. There is no screen protector anymore on cases for curved-screen phones. The protectors usually don't work well on those type screens, so I'm actually glad they resigned to leaving it off and didn't try to force the issue.

I'm alway doing something that causes me to pull out me phone in a hurry. I fumble quit a bit. The Defender is great protection against the drop. The only downfall is there's no screen protector with this case. Other than that, this is a great case.

It took me a while to find me the right phone case and this is it not to bulky and it has a tight rough belt clip that wont come apart into pcs. Like alot of others i have come across!

Great protection .Great price at best buy. Has a holster that is great and great quality.i highly recommend.the only thing I can say unfavorable is I would have liked it to be lighter and have glass protection.but I'm highly satisfied

1st android phone. Always bought otterboxes for iPhones. Figured to do same here. Great color. Great feel and great fit. Doesn't add alot of weight, especially when out of clip.

I had a good case with port covers but once you use them, they won't close again. This Otter Box is great. Fits perfectly and port covers work great. Really made to protect.

Love the Defender for Ssmsung s8plus. The only thing I do not like is the case being screenless, and the holster clip breaks too easily. Other than that...love the case.

I have dropped my phone a few times and so far the otter box has saved it from cracking the screen. The only thing I do not like is they stopped coming with the screen protector so I had to buy one and it was very expensive.

Not only it comes with a clip, but it's worth having for when the phone tumbled to the ground. It has fallen off since I put it on n it's a perfect fit for the phone too.

Otterbox is always a great choice. Keep in mind that the Commuter does not have high edges and therefore will not protect the screen edges. Opt for the Defender case.

I always go with an Otter box Defender case for total phone protection. There are not too bulky, they give a good grip to the phone and protection is unsurpassed.

I had the defender case for my previous phone that was the Galaxy S5. My S5 still looks brand new after three years old. This case for the Galaxy S8+ is a thinner case. It fits well and is quality made. The only thing I am leery about is that there is no screen protector. This seems to be because of the edge design of the screen. I decided to add the Zagg invisible shield screen protector for that reason. This adds to the cost for the protection to just about one hundred dollars.

This is one of the best cellphone cases I have ever owned. Costs more, but you get what you pay for, so I highly recommend it to protect your valuable phone.

Cellphone case though big does make a new smart phone owner like myself feel a lot better after spending so much for the phone and the belt clip is great

Bought this as replacement case for my husband, he had tried a thinner one but it was too slippery. This one has a great grip and is not too bulky

Love how this case fits onto my S8! It's got a really nice grip and isn't bulky like Defender cases I've used in the past and I liked it not having the cover screen because it allows me to use a tempered glass screen protector (Luvvitt Case Friendly Tempered Glass) with it. It also has a nice raised edge so that my screen will not get scratched up. Very impressed!

This case provides great protect, I only wish for the price the screen protector was either built in or included. This item is pricey, but the phone is expensive and needs protection.
