    Not the same quality as past Otter box products I’ve purchased. Felt cheap and was very difficult to open. Returned for a refund.

    The stand part for OtterBox Defender Series for IPad Air 13-inch is really poorly made. It's difficult to open to the right position and gets stuck every time. It broke after only 2 months of not even using it that much. I got a replacement through Otter warranty. I had to pay for the shipping ($12.99) and the new stand is the same as far as the stand not working well at all. It will probably break soon so I will likely end up going with a whole new product. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

    Although this expensive shell provides great drop protection, the outer hard shell is hard to put on or to remove, as you must if you wish to take photos. It is also heavy.

    flimsy. stand broke in less than 10 months. Cheap plastic. I purchased this along with a new ipad air for the wife. we have always had great success with otter box for our iphones and ipads. Looking else where for a replacement.
