I’ve been supporting this brand for over 12 years because they’re true leaders in protection. However, in recent years, the pencil flap on this model has become a real issue. On this case, the flap broke just one week after I started using it. It’s simply too fragile and needs to be redesigned or reinforced. Aside from that problem, the case itself is very durable and provides excellent protection. Even with this issue, I still trust the brand and hope they improve this weak point in future versions. ✅ Yes, I would recommend the product, but with caution about the flap.

I've owned Otterbox products for years.. for Ipads and for phones... this one is good BUT the compartment that was built for the Apple Pen is almost useless.... It doesn't take much to mistakenly open it potentially lose the pen... The stand is clunky to use and slips sometimes.... there must be a better design.... Come On Guys.... You've been stellar for so long .... there's gotta be someone there to design a better product.....

The item was used and broken. The protective screen had been pushed all the way out. There were scratches all over it. I returned it. The damage isn’t a otterbox issue. However, No way this is worth what otterbox is charging. The damage to item was a best buy issue. I noticed the box had been opened when I picked it up. But wasn’t aware of damage till I got home. Best Buy let me return it with no problem but I wasn’t interested in an exchange.

Case feels amazing and my IPad feels very protected.

If you make a high price purchase, you definitely want to protect it all you can. I love this and it protects the device adding a little more security since our iPad is being packed everywhere

This case is pretty solid but the extra case that have stand is very awkward. The flap that covers the Apple Pencil charger/hold pencil doesn’t fit. I was able to take the flap off and put it back on. So, i had the flap removed permanently. One nice thing is that the screen protector is part of the case. I plan to keep this case as a backup because I wanted a case with keyboard but they’re expensive. I have decided to go ahead and buy one anyway. My recommendation to buy this case is up to you. I wouldn’t buy it if putting on and taking apart the case is difficult for you.

Absolutely love it the I pad is a life saver and the pen that comes with it is the icing on the top. Now I’m organized and ready to take on the world

This protective cover has pluses and a minus. The benefit is it does protect the iPad, due it’s cover, the pen doesn’t have a way to connect.

Thank you for asking the question “ what was I looking for in a case for my phone”… that narrowed down the option( so many) and I am very satisfied with the otter box! Thanks to the knowledgeable sales person I am completely satisfied!

The quality of this is simply not OtterBox quality. This was bought as a gift. The pen doesn’t fit. The stand is flimsy. Since this was a gift and bought some time before the return date, probably stuck with it and out of the $$.

The case is the ideal for protecting my iPad while still preserving the sleek design

So far, so good. I’m actually using the new iPad for streaming purposes. Like other generations, it’s hip, it’s cool and it’s an Apple product which says just about all you need to know. Yes, we are an Apple family, but it took a while for my hubby to come over from the dark side. :) I love everything about our new (shared), IPad. Just wish I had bought the bigger screen…next time!

You absolutely have to have this case I let my six-year-old play with my iPad and I have no worries with this case on

This is a very heavy product and the plastic stand broke almost immediately. We still use the case but it is heavy and hard for kids to hold

Great protection for construction work. It protects from dust and scratches.
