Fit like a glove on my note 9, great protection. Easy ascess to the applications.

Great case. The phone itself is water resistant, but the case helps. Dropped my Note 9 in the water at the lake. It was in and out in less than 3 seconds. The phone still works great and I attribute part of that to the fact that the case puts a plug over the power and headphone ports, thus reducing the chance of water getting inside the phone. Have used Otterbox before. Always had good experience.

It's an OtterBox. What more do I have to say. This thing has saved my NOTE9 numerous times already. It just like bounces within it's protective cover. So, awesome. Yet, I've been lucky enough not tho take a direct hit on my screen. But, the other parts have been protected. I guess I shouldn't just toss this thing around all the time. Anyways, it was a good investment for me.

What else can you say. It's a Otter Box case. Perfect fit, and great protection.

Great fit and feel in the hand. Not bulky at all and comfortable in front pocket.

I have not dropped it from a far distance but so far it has held up against my 11 month old. The case is a little slippery in my hand.

The Otterbox Defender case provides excellent protection for my Galaxy Note 9. It has already saved it a few times when I dropped it or it was knocked off a desk or table. The case is great. But I’m not crazy about the side load holster. So far it is secure. The phone hasn’t popped out accidentally. But after years of using top load holsters, I find the side load awkward. I found an after market top load holster that worked great with the defender case for my Galaxy S8. But so far, haven’t found one for the Note 9.

Otterbox cases are one of your top choices to defend your mobile device. Ive no real complaints with this one myself though a word of caution the case is incredibly snug and interfears with screen protectors. It has pushed the screen peotector off my phone in the corners a bit making it look bunched up and sloppy, and from what ive heard prevents the use of tempered glass screen protectors entirely. Its a bit bulky but I rather have a well protected phone when Im paying $1000 for it.

Well, if you need that extra protection you can't go wrong here. Not too bulky but certainly adds some heft. Good quality and good fit.

The defender is the best of the best not much more I can say Otterbox rules.

Although I wanted something other than a plain black phone case for my beautiful,hardworking note,I had to have a case b4 I would use it period. Well,I have dropped it ,stepped on it and tot as ll lost it,but the one thing that's a fact.....no scratches or cracked. Wish there was more colors or combinations with the otterbox protection.

It was placed on top of the car and forgotten until it slit off the car at 55mph in the middle of the highway. Turned around went back and picked it up in pieces, put it back together with NO harm to the cell phone or the case not even a scratch. I would definitely purchase it for other phones. Thanks for a great product.. it was purchased by my son.

No problems so far. Fits the Note 9 well. and is easy to put on your phone.

Great fit and not too bulky only downside is no included screen protection.

This devise saved my phone!! I dropped my phone from the top of three flights of stairs. It literally slipped from my pocket, dropped down the side rallying of the stair case and fell directly face down on the screen. My heart was crush until I pick up my phone and turn it over. Not even one scratch on the screen, Thanks Otterbox
