The cell phone fitted perfectly in the Otter Box protector. It was not difficult to put it in, all the buttons worked, it looked nice and slim fitted in there and it’s a good product. My only complain is that it did not come with it’s own glass protector, had to buy that separate and no cover for the camera lenses. It did come with a holster belt clip for the phone which i don’t use...

I have been using Otterbox products for 9 years now and cant recommend them enough. I have never had a device break while in one of their defender/commuter cases, i also love the added benefit of the included belt clip as it keeps my pockets free. These cases are easy to install and will last you as long as you decide to keep your device for. An added benefit….otterbox customer service is outstanding and they will take care of you if you have any problems or if you somehow manage to break this tank of a case.

Does not compare to otter box I have on my XR. Very poor quality compared to my last one. Very disappointed for the price I paid. It doesn’t offer and side screen protection almost flat along the screen. Only beveled part is on top and bottom.

Well done, OtterBox. By far, my most favorite case in the OtterBox lineup. Now, I have to admit, I haven’t used an OtterBox case in quite some time, many years back when I had an iPhone. In comparison, I absolutely LOVE this current case being accompanied w/ no built-in screen protector. I used to always tear the screen protectors off any OtterBox I had, thereby voiding any manufacturer’s warranty. It was a personal preference to not have to go through the plasticky feel of the transparent film. Smart move on your part, OtterBox. I prefer the liquid shield screen protection that is applied by sales people of my phone carrier. It’s pricey at $49 but an awesome alternative to any plastic or glass adhesive, AND dries crystal clear where you don’t even notice anything was ever applied. It’s what I use along w/ this Defender Pro case by OtterBox. Never once had a cracked phone screen. Knock on wood. I really like the black stripe option of this OtterBox Defender Pro series sold by BestBuy! To me, it’s both visually appealing in a simple kind of way, and the lined grooves help provide a little more better grip than the solid versions sold on the OtterBox website. I like that the option is there to hold my iPhone alone w/ the rubbery feeling case or paired up w/ the clipped holster. Although since I’m transitioning from an android case that had a PopSocket, I like gripping my iPhone w/ the clip holder attached in the back. I guess I’m just used to holding a giant phone w/ a PopSocket, that an iPhone 12 mini phone stored in an OtterBox case works out well. Don’t get me wrong, this current Defender Pro series by OtterBox is nowhere in thickness compared to many years back of their earlier cases. The best part of OtterBox, the military grade protection is still there w/out the bulky case feel of yesteryear. Thank you, OtterBox and BestBuy. I think I’ve found my ‘one case and done’ brand for the ideal cellphone size. Fingers-crossed Apple sticks w/ the mini iPhone line so I can keep rebuying an OtterBox case to keep any future mini iPhones in pristine condition :)

Great case. Fits will. Very slim. Easy installation. Does not include a built in screen protector. I purchased a non-Otterbox screen protector and it did not fit with the case. I had to buy the Otterbox brand screen protector.

It provides pretty good protection and doesn’t feel too bulky with the smaller size of the phone. MagSafe does not work with this case. Wireless chargers are kind of hit or miss with the mini (coil placement) and that rang true for me with this case on.

Bought this case on sale at $37, which I think is a really good deal. LOVE the look and feel. The last Otterbox I had was very bulky and the rubber protector felt cheap. But not this one.

Huge improvement over previous generations. The phone has a flat raised boarder on the two sides to make it more comfortable to use. To not sacrifice screen protection the top/bottom lip are raised more. This makes the case as protective as previous generations but allows most of the phone to be thinner. Aside from the useless belt clip (for most) this case is a home run for anyone who is active, prone to drop their phone or has a toddler.

Solid case and very good protection. Easy to hold on to without making the phone too much bigger. It’s quality product at a fair price.

Top notch protection for my brand new iPhone, my iPad, and my old iPod Touch. The third Defender series I have purchased and I have never cracked a screen. They may be a little bulkier than competing brands or silicone cases, but they protect far better than any other. In the case, my iPhone still fits in my shirt pocket so I’m quite satisfied.

I love this phone case. It’s heavy duty. I had a clear plastic glitter case on my iPhone 12 mini before purchasing this case, all I did was drop my phone because it was so slippery. This case is very grippy, does not slide out of your hand, a clip for your belt or purse that covers the screen, 3 layer protection. This is a awesome case! I’ve used otter box commuter for years, but this one way better.

OtterBox fits nicely, protects well and is easy to manipulate the buttons. I'd recommend it.

The new otter case for my mini iPhone 13 feels sturdy. It’s a great color and has a belt clip that could also be used as a stand. The size fits my phone perfectly and is still a comfortable size for my hand and my purse. The sales rep brought me over 5 varieties from which to choose with no pressure.

Wow. I love this case, and it's just simply the best one I've tried for the iPhone 12 Mini. You should buy this ASAP. Well worth it, and I hope you can get it on sale. When I bought it, it was $59.99. But it went on sale recently at the time of this post, so they gave me a credit for the difference. Must have for this little guy. On sale or not, get it.

Great Protection...Love The Color...Strong Case..Small Size

This is a really nice case. Fit my iPhone 12 mini perfectly. I've had 2 other Otterbox Defender cases and both of them lasted the 5 years that I had the phones. No reason to think this one won't last as long those did. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because the case does not have a screen protector, which isn't a problem, but it's still priced the same as those with screen protectors.

Sturdy protector I find the IPhone to be very slippery. This case gives a comfortable grip and allows full protection for the phone. The reality is IPhones are expensive.This protector will help protect your investment

I moved from an Android to an iPhone so after activation, my first thing to do was buy an Otterbox Defender case. I asked if the wireless recharging would work through the heavy duty case and was assured it would but so far, it doesn't charge with the case in place. Big disappointment. But, I'll charge with a cord and keep the protection of the Otterbox Defender.

Otter box has a good reputation of securing your phone from damages. Protected my iPhone SE for 3 years. It has worked great so far. I wish it had a screen protector but I had to buy one separate.
