I ONLY BUY OtterBox Defender after my ex (was married at the time) left his phone on the roof of the car, exited the parking lot, went straight into a cloverleaf (interstate entrance), got home, couldn't find his phone, traced it to the cloverleaf, returned and found it IN the road of the cloverleaf AND the phone only had a smell plastic chip missing (edge of the camera) because the OtterBox Defender IS THAT GOOD!! This one is black. I would have preferred a different color (It is such a shame the Defenders aren't customizable!!) However, it IS good looking. The last one I had protected the phone but the quality didn't seem to be as good. (My ex had the same problem with his last one.) The back of it was peeling off, soon after purchase and the inner housing cracked in a few places. However, this one appears to be back up to previous quality. I have not had it long enough to determine how well this one will stay in its original condition. Sadly they no longer come with the plastic that covers the glass. Now it is a separate purchase (AND due to COVID-19 it is a DIY project... which takes some practice).

Good-grip on phone and protection. Phone is large and the case is a perfect fit.

I have used OtterBox-defender Pro series for many years now and I can say it hold up well considering all the times that I dropped my phone. It come with a belt clip which is very handy while other phone cases doesn’t. For the money, this is one of the best case on the market. When I upgrades my phone, first thing I get with the phone is an Otterbox defender case and a screen protector.

Love Otter box cases! They protect my iPhones better than any phone case out there! The only thing I don’t like about the new ones is you have to use a phone screen and you don’t have that extra protective screen in front of your phone. And they have a lifetime warranty, but good luck trying to get Otter box to give you a replacement… Thanks Covid!

excellent protection for my phone, perfect fit, fairly east to install

The OtterBox Defender phone case is what I have used on my last 4 phones. I carry them in my front pants pocket while working as a heavy industrial main mechanic. I might have to replace a screen protector once in a while but I have always gotten my full trade in on all my phones when up grading. So money well spent. Thank you OtterBox.

This is a solid case, most definitely will be purchasing another.

Love OtterBox cases since I was working in construction. This cases protect your phone very well. The cover and belt clip is also great and it turns into a stand. The only drawback is that the phone becomes very bulky. Have been using otterbox cases for many years and they are always better quality than competitors.

Good fit great protector for your new IPhone not to bulky

New phone means time for a new case. I’ve always had otterbox defender cases for all my upgraded iPhones. So, with my upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max, I had to pick up a new case. This one is slightly lighter and less bulky than the last cases, but it still offers the same protection with a belt clip.

Otterbox never fails to deliver. This is by far the best case Otterbox has ever offered. Love the feel of the case. This case is more protective than any case out there without the bulk. This is the best looking defender case so far. I have tried dozens of other cases and I always keep coming coming back to this one.

I’ve used Otterbox cases for all my phones and will continue to use this brand because I feel it provides the necessary protection to keep my phone safe if I drop it. It is not bulky like years past and provides the grip to hold the phone securely. It was also on sale so it made me buying the case that much better.

Does what is supposed to do. We bought a second one to replace the one that got cracked some how from a drop. Phone is fine but hanks to this case. It feels a little bulky but I would prefer my $1500 phone be protected and don’t look busted with a cracked screen etc.

Amazing Case have been an otter box fan since the 3GS. Only gripe I have is it doesn’t work with wireless charging/MagSafe. And the alternative case just doesn’t seem as protective even though they say the have data backing it. If wireless charging doesn’t matter. This case is amazing.

Highly enjoy the slim design and texture of this I-Phone case. Fits well and makes it easier to hold the phone and does not slide in the car. I recommend purchasing this case to ensure your new I-Phone is protected. Well known company which is worth the money to protect your phone!

I love this case! Have been using the otterbox defender series for a long time now. It works just as well as the previous iteration and is a little thinner and more sleek. My girlfriend even likes it and she has hated the previous versions. It isn’t without its caveats. The case would not work with the current wireless charger I had. I tried four different wireless chargers and was ready to return this case and get another one. I finally found one that would work. The mophie 15W works!! The small one that you lay your phone on top of. I was relieved when it started charging and stayed connect. So if you really love this case and want to charge wirelessly I highly recommend you grab that charger as well. It’s a little pricey but works without issues.

My first Otter case for my 12 Max, worth every penny! A bit bulky compare to my Spigen case but this one will protect my phone all the way. The grip is like a basketball! Loved it! I hate hard plastic case my hands sweat. Plus 5 star for one day delivery, Thanks alot bestbuy!!!
