Service was lackadasical , question response was "over on the other side". lesser response when asked if other colors were available.

Did not fit properly

I could not use the side buttons to lock screen or activate Siri, and the cutout for the silence button was not aligned properly.

They provide superior protection! I am tough on all my phones. They have survived being drop kicked off a cliff, a run through the washing machine, falling off the roof of the car at highway speed. It is the only case I will ever use for any phone. I recommend this case for anyone that wants the best possible protection for their phone.
