Justin was very professional and friendly while he was doing this. He is to be commended.

Otter Box Defender Series Pro

Replaced cover with this one which I previously had on all of my phones. I wanted to keep the phone small so this actually didn't increase the size or weight much at all. I ended up buying a second one for my wife's phone also.

A worthwhile step up

Commuter doesn’t seem to have enough aid bolstering which ended up in the screen protector being busted multiple times. Defender is a bit thicker which prevents this so far.

So expensive at BB

She went back to the store to price match it down and they gave her a really hard time about it. Untimely they did not price match it for her bc she already had it opened and on her phone, which the store employee did before she left! I feel they took advantage of her and wished I was there to help.

Tough stuff

However it will kill any chance of you using a magnet mount charger mat or stand. The phones have survived with a 10 and seven-year-old so I think they proved their worthiness

Whyyy no screen protector or camera coverage??

I’m a construction worker and I take my phone into some terrible situations. I just wish it came with front and rear screen protectors–I need 360-degree protection, so I have to buy more things. Sigh…
