I had to replace 2 times in a year . I was dropping it from my pocket . When trying to file the last warranty claim, for the third one , they take the claim and never send the product and won’t respond

This otter box case is literally $80! Insane price for my phone to just break!! So sad about it. I got this case because unfortunately i do drop my phone frequently but thats why i invested in a case that was supposed to keep it from breaking. & sadly for me it cracked into a million pieces :(( i cant say i recommend this at all. Will not be buying again ;(
