I was excited to get the OtterBox Defender Pro case because of its reputation for durability and protection. I was impressed right away by how lightweight it felt, especially for a heavy-duty case. It was also very easy to put together, which I appreciated since some cases can be frustrating to install. However, I was really surprised and disappointed that it broke so easily—especially considering it wasn’t even from a drop. The damage happened while I was simply attaching it to a tripod, which I never expected would be an issue for a case that’s supposed to be so tough. Overall, while it has some great features like being lightweight and user-friendly, I expected much more in terms of durability—especially at this price point.

Love that it protects my phone. I’ve already dropped my phone and it protects like a dream.

I prefer the OtterBox cases, have never had a problem with them and have protected my phones over the years very well.

I really like the Otter phone case, but it wasn’t compatible with the lens cover that Best Buy offered. Had to return the Otter case and get another brand to be compatible with lens cover. I highly recommend the case, but have to make sure it’s going to fit with lens covers

The cut out is horrible, I will be returning this case. I've been with otterbox for the past 15 years, will have to look elsewhere. The cut out makes the case feel every uneven and the magsafe outline in the back is sloppy. I love the addition of magsafe but the outline in the back needs to be cleaner or be removed.

Best phone case on the market. I have sued OttterBox on my phones for many years.

Always high quality. I have bought cheaper cases in the past, and they tend to break or chip. These last much longer and are worth it.

as usual ,otter box is solid protection ,for your i phone. my rating would be five stars, but for two things, no screen protection, you have to buy one to put on the phone and a cut out on the side.which leaves ,open to damage

Overall great case. But I wish the slot for the charging cord was open. I’m worried that it will wear out and break off with time Appreciate Ty helping to set it up for me. Great service from Ty
