Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the defender series case for my new iPhone 16 pro max and noticed the case cut out for the camera button and was concerned it would not adequately protect the screen in that area. I purchased a screen protector just in case and have had my phone 3 days and I drop it once and landed right on that unprotected area and cracked the screen protector, I feel this is a serious design flaw from a company that I have used for 20+ years for all my phones going back to the 3GS because of the great protection they offer I will be returning this case and looking for a different case that fully protects my $1500 phone I am very sorry that they don’t have any options that don’t have that cut out

Posted .Hello! The new and improved design works seamlessly with Apple's new camera control button on the Apple iPhone 16 line of our cases. Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated up from Drop+ 4x rated on previous versions.

I don’t think they last as long as they used to, just wear out quicker or are not as strong as the older model’s But,… Still the best on the market for all of My Family’s I-Phones….!! Life-time warranty. The bottom port is covered to keep it dirt and lint free. There are snaps on the sides to help keep the case attached, so very secure. The side buttons are fully closed to keep dirt out. I got this case on sale which was a a plus.
