Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought this case for my 10 year old son - to put on his brand new phone he got for christmas. I wanted a high quality case as this is his first phone ever. This Otterbox did not disappoint. He has dropped his phone on pavement , on rocks , in a puddle of snow and water, on the bathroom floor - you name it.. and not only is the phone in mint condition - the case itself looks brand new. 10/10 indestructible. Would definitely buy again.

The best phone case for any phone i think anyone would agree

Very high quality cover, protects your phone %100!

The Defender is the best case on the market for protection. It's very slim, it doesn't feel as bulky as defender cases in the past. Wireless charging will work with it on but isn't very fast. Great case.

Interesting design. I was expecting it to be something I just slipped over the phone, however it has to come apart, and be put back together on the phone, which is sort of neat. I think it's done a decent job so far, and I'll likely pick up another one for our next phone purchase.

Great phone , quick to charge , light weight & so many mew features. Kinda pricey , and cheap it doesn't come with power box only a short wire .

I don't buy any other phone case keeps my phone safe I have dropped it several times and I have no cracks or scratches and manufacturer warranty is excellent

Excellent protection. I have never bought insurance on my phones

Cant go wrong with a Otterbox! Left my phone on the back of my car and it got ran iver and only damage i had was a broken screen.

The outer box was sturdy, clean, and well‑designed, providing excellent protection for the product during shipping. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no dents or damage. Purchasing from Best Buy was a great experience overall—checkout was quick, ordering was simple, and delivery was on time. I was very satisfied with both the packaging quality and the smooth buying process.

Very easy to use great protection for your phone. Already saved my phone from damage. I would recommend it for anyones use

Case is perfect, takes fall and drops perfectly jsut wish they came with screen protectors still but still a great case

Solid design. Texture adds a non slip grip to phone. Belt clip surpisingly useful for work in cleanroom.

Great protection for my galaxy s24, many drops - no damage to my phone! Really appreciate the included holster; keeps phone secured and easily accessible!

This case is very high quailty and protective, def recommend

I just wouldn't be without the extra protection that this provides, I'm tough on the unit and it shines through all my worst efforts! LOL.

Used this phone case on previous phones and never had any damage to phones from dropping. Tried a cheaper brand and did not have the same success when phone was dropped. Lesson learned. Old saying about tools applys to this case: "buy the best tools you can afford, that way you only cry once". Did have a tab break off once and it was promptly replaced no questions asked for free.

Awesome phone even better camera. Easy set up and of transfer apps

I have purchased an otterbox every time I have ordered a new phone. It has protected every phone as a matter. Of fact, the phones have sometimes outlasted the cover. The last phone I had for almost 6 years and never once. Did I have a problem? When I dropped it, it would not break even when I dropped it from higher levels. This item is great. I would recommend it to anybody.

Sturdy and functional....warranty cant be beat...great value
