Otter’s Box Defender is just that! Protecting your cellphone investment for years to come. My last OtterBox lasted well over 8 years! Now I have a New lastest AI technology phone with all the Bells and Whistles that I really need that OtterBox Protection. Great Brand! Please this product is a must to have and use. Definitely I recommend OtterBox for your cell phone Protection as it is for mine. Style of creation, the hardness, the strength of the curves - if even brought the glass shield to add to the screen . I've trusted otterbox defender cases for years to protect all my various ridiculously expensive phones, and they've always served me well. The only drawback is the bulk required to adequately protect such a slab of technology- enter the included belt holster. Don't need to worry about trying to stuff this brick in your pocket! Except this generation of cases Otterbox has decided to try and cheap out and save a few bucks by shorting us the absolutely necessary holster! Included in the box is a flyer asking "Want a free holster?" with a QR code to the website with a promo code to get the ($15?!) holster for free with free shipping. OK, that's pretty garbage not to include it but fine. BUT WAIT, there's more! The holster is "sold out" with only an option to input an email address in the vain hopes of notification when(if) it's back in stock. Otterbox, this was a pretty grimy move on a $65 case. When the market is flooded with alternatives, doing something so anti-consumer is a pretty scummy move.

Excellent ergonomics and texture. The case is very durable as well saved the phone from a couple drops so far. Allows us to let our kids use the phone without worrying about broken screens. Would highly recommend it to protect your device.

I’ve been using the Galaxy S25 Ultra for a little while now, and franchement, it’s a fantastic phone. The design is magnifique—sleek, solid, very haut de gamme with its titanium finish. The screen is just stunning: bright, ultra-fluid, perfect for watching films or scrolling. It’s super responsive too; I haven’t had any lag, even with heavy multitasking. The 200MP camera is impressive and really captures the moment with beautiful detail. The new AI tools are surprisingly helpful—like having a little assistant in your pocket. Of course, it’s not perfect. For a phone this premium, I expected faster charging—45W feels a bit behind when others are pushing 80 or 100W. And I’ve had a couple of petits bugs with screen rotation and gestures. Nothing dramatic, but noticeable when everything else is so smooth. Still, if you’re coming from an older model, this feels like a huge leap forward. The price is high, oui, but for what you get, it feels justified. C’est un vrai plaisir à utiliser au quotidien.

This phone is amazing. I have been a Samsung fan for many years This may be their best. While the bureaucracy of the corporation threw a few wrenches in the way of a smooth transaction. The tallented people From Josh, to Jacob to Michael to Lissa to Claudia. The store manager hires enormous talent. And upper management seems to be smart enough to give him the needed latitude to accomplis great things with his hired talent. My cheers go up to celebrate the Garland team here in Texas

Good cases as far as protection. Probably the best, I just wish it would be less bulky, and somehow looked better. It feels like a tank of cases. You can feel the protection when you hold it. It feels like it wants to hold on to your hand. If you get the case and the holster you could probably trow your phone and nothing would happen to it.

Does a great job of protecting the new phone. Even though it feels very large installed, they provided good gripping material on edges which helps a lot. My only criticism...the flap that coves the USB-C port at bottom should hinge the other direction. Couldn't open mine while on the car holder, so I cut the small flap off. Now it works perfectly.

I love this item. I always buy the defender series for all my phones. I would give this item an excellent review but Otterbox stop including the holster which you can get for free if you scan the included card and will be shipped to you free. If you pay all this this money for a case the holster should already come with it like it used to. Now I have waited a week and still no holster.

Awesome defense! Always have been able to rely on Otterbox. Protection is amazing as always and has never let me down. I love that this has has a nice grippy texture to ensure whatever surface I put my phone down on, it won't slide around. I never use the clip so even better they offer the case without it! 10/10

This is the 4th or 5th of this same model that I have purchased. I will never use any other kind of phone case! Every phone I have had in them has been dropped multiple times and I've never had a broken phone, or even a broken screen cover!

Excellent protection for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Good grip, sufficient raised lip on front protects my screen and 4+mm bezel on back helps to protect the cameras. Information on how to receive a free holster is included in the packaging.

Like the fact the case protects the phone well, back bezzle for camera with camera protectors fit, but theres barely any bezzle due to the protectors. Would give 5 stars if there was a way to completely cover the cameras from dust and grime.

I always buy the defender case for my phone. As much as phones cost now plus the price of insurance and deductibles, I just buy this high end case and go on about my day. The many drops when exiting the car and multi tasking going wrong every time my phone is fine . I was lucky enough to get my s25 ultra a week early so I am already multiple days and drops with my new case and all is well.

OtterBox - Defender is the most rugged and longest lasting case I've ever seen. I understand they do not come in pretty colors or designs, but they do come in the best protection for my phone. I owe it to myself to keep my phone as well protected as possible. That means "OtterBox - Defender Series Pro Hard Shell."

Great phone protection. I've had an Otterbox on all my phones for years. I am disappointed that the new Defender series do not come with the holster. It must be purchased separately. And the fact that Otterbox didn't lower the price is almost like a slap in the face. I may be looking to another brand in the future.

Excellent product. I dropped my new phone going down the basement steps. It fell about 12 feet total. It bounced on 3 steps and then hit the concrete floor. Phone works great and the case has no marks at all.

The otterbox for the Galaxy S25 Ultra fits snuggly on the phone. I have already dropped the phone a few times, but the phone is unscathed thanks to the case.

So far i love this phone. Everytime i get a new galaxy im always surprised that they have made it better than the last one.

I like the feel of the new case. The new design on the back makes you feel secure holding your phone.
