I've trusted otterbox defender cases for years to protect all my various ridiculously expensive phones, and they've always served me well. The only drawback is the bulk required to adequately protect such a slab of technology- enter the included belt holster. Don't need to worry about trying to stuff this brick in your pocket! Except this generation of cases Otterbox has decided to try and cheap out and save a few bucks by shorting us the absolutely necessary holster! Included in the box is a flyer asking "Want a free holster?" with a QR code to the website with a promo code to get the ($15?!) holster for free with free shipping. OK, that's pretty garbage not to include it but fine. BUT WAIT, there's more! The holster is "sold out" with only an option to input an email address in the vain hopes of notification when(if) it's back in stock. Otterbox, this was a pretty grimy move on a $65 case. When the market is flooded with alternatives, doing something so anti-consumer is a pretty scummy move.

I purchase this OtterBox Defender case for my Galaxy s25 Ultra phone I've used the OtterBox brand since my first Galaxy phone the s 3 I started using these cases because it looked strong and sturdy it wasn't until I dropped my phone while slamming my truck door catching the phone in the door the case didn't survive but my phone did not a scratch on it not a cracked screen so I've been buying the OtterBox brand Defender case ever since

Excellent ergonomics and texture. The case is very durable as well saved the phone from a couple drops so far. Allows us to let our kids use the phone without worrying about broken screens. Would highly recommend it to protect your device.

Otter’s Box Defender is just that! Protecting your cellphone investment for years to come. My last OtterBox lasted well over 8 years! I like the size of the phone as well as the camers quality and how fast it processes my apps and games. Solid phone and the pen comes in handy when I want to make a note of something but don't want to open my notes app.

Typical otterbox quality. Good tight fit to phone, rubber case prevents slipping, and all buttons and connections are well protected. The stylus is easily accessed. Good product!

I picked up the OtterBox Defender case from Best Buy, and it’s easily one of the toughest cases I’ve ever owned. I work in a rough environment where my phone is constantly exposed to dust, drops, and all kinds of impacts, and this case has handled it all without a problem. The multi-layer protection feels solid, the port covers keep debris out, and the built-in holster clip is a nice bonus. It does add some bulk, but that’s expected with heavy-duty protection. The grip feels secure in the hand, and the buttons still respond well through the case. I’ve dropped my phone more than once since putting it on, and it hasn’t taken a single scratch. If you’re looking for maximum protection and peace of mind, this case is worth every penny. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs durability over slim style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Does a great job of protecting the new phone. Even though it feels very large installed, they provided good gripping material on edges which helps a lot. My only criticism...the flap that coves the USB-C port at bottom should hinge the other direction. Couldn't open mine while on the car holder, so I cut the small flap off. Now it works perfectly.

It does a good job at protecting the phone screen and feels nice in the hand. It doesn't feel too bulky or heavy, which is a plus. It is compatible with the Zagg screen protector and Zagg camera lense protectors as well. The price is worth the peace of mind.

I love how I dont have to be worrying if I drop my phone protects it all over and has bumps on the front side that protect it. The grip it has and just the touch to it is so smooth.

This OtterBox cell phone case is very sturdy and offers a lot of protection. There is a coupon inside the box to order a free holster. Make sure you read the instructions and watch the video to know how to take apart the pieces of the case that come in the box, and so you know how to put your phone into the case - it is not immediately obvious. There is an inner part of the case fit snugly into the outer part of the case - so snugly that you don't even realize there are two separate parts - it looks like just one part. Once you figure out how to put the phone into the case, the case fits well and is very solid and sturdy.

I just got the OtterBox Defender Series case for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, this thing is a beast. it makes your sleek S25 Ultra feel like a brick but honestly I'm clumsy, and the sturdiness feels like it could survive my everyday stress test of dropping it 20 times so If you're like me and constantly dropping your phone, or just want peace of mind, this is absolutely the case to get. It's kinda bulky, but totally worth it for the protection. It's just up to you to decide if it's worth the price
