An Otter case protected my previous phone for years, and it did such a good job I wanted to get another to defend my newest phone! It is designed to absorb impacts and for it has done the job well!

Love this upgrade from my G-7. Takes much better pictures, 4 times the storage, quicker response and better protection.

This OtterBox Defender Series Pro Holster Case provides a great suit of armor perfectly fitted. It's a nice tight fit keeping its size minimal while providing an ease of use sliding the phone in and out of the belt clip carrying case that swivels to multi positions. It provides a very comfortable and firm grip for the hand and remains small enough to put in a pocket if desired.

This was the less expensive of 2 choices to hold the Galaxy S10e. It's quite bulky though. I'm not sure if the volume buttons are working under the cover. But then, I'm still learning the new phone too. The belt clip holder is also very bulky. The hard plastic digs into my side on occasion. I probably would have chosen an alternative if available at a reasonable price.

I've used OtterBox cases on every phone I've ever had and they've always done exactly what they are supposed to, protection, grip, and style without being overly bulky and obnoxious. They have protected my phones through many accidental drops and I don't think I could ever switch to a different brand of case!

Let's start off saying that this is serious armor for your phone. It's bulky and NOT simple to put together but once it's on, it is fantastic (and completely worth the effort). I never bothered with the holster part, btw. I will say that I personally find the bulkiness to be a GOOD thing because it makes holding the phone infinitely easier but it adds to significantly to the weight of the phone. I found that it was too heavy for my vent-based car mount. Had to go for a glass suction cup mount, instead. Also, if you wear tight jeans or tights with side pockets...good luck getting it in and out of a pocket with this case installed. Since installing, I have dropped the phone multiple times on my hardwood floor (middle of the night clumsiness) from differing angles and heights. Not a single bit of damage to the phone (or the case). Definitely worth the purchase!

Great phone case protects your phone and good value

I am very clumsy. I have dropped my phone onto pavement many more times than once! OtterBox has saved my phone every time. I recently upgraded my phone, and I purchased the OtterBox for it at the same time. Take your time disassembling the OtterBox in order to insert your phone. The de-construction can be a bit confusing, and the picture-only instructions (a la Ikea) are not entirely clear -- at least they weren't to me, until after I'd already figured it out. Just work carefully and slowly; you'll get it! My only issue thus far relates to the orientation of the little flaps at the bottom of the Box, which cover the charging port and the headphone jack on the phone. For my previous phone, the OtterBox's flaps opened from the front to the back. For this one, the flaps open from the back to the front, which (1) makes it harder to dig the flaps out from the box to uncover the port and jack; (2) causes the squidgy part of the Box to flex and try to part ways with the hard-plastic part, perhaps allowing dirt in between (time will tell); and (3) puts the charging cable in front of my phone instead of behind, so it can get in the way sometimes.

OtterBox is my preferred case for all family's phones. I know looks a little bulky but who is laughing at the end when you are using a thin non-protection case in a 3 foot fall? It is a little pricey but keeps your phone safe and sound! I would recommend for sure this case for sure for any model or brand of phones.

What can i say, its an otter box. If you want protection for your phone or tablet it is worth every penny. If i had any complaint or suggestion would be that it comes with a screen protector or dose a little more to protect the screen. This dose not suggest there is no protection just would like to see a bit more for the money

I bought my father a new S10e, and needed a case that would protect the new phone against drops, scratches, etc., as he works on a farm and has to carry it everywhere. I picked this case because it would be secure on his side, with the face protected, yet ease of use when needed. It's working great.

I bought this case because I'm accident prone and couldn't see spending hundreds of dollars on a phone without the best protection to prevent cracks, nicks, or flat out shattered screens when an accidental drop occurs. Honestly this is the most expensive case I've had on a phone and it's certainly not the most stylish, but there are tons of cheap and cute cases available if what desire from a phone case is just a skin that looks fun... What I paid for here isn't a case that make the phone look cool, its peace of mind that my new phone is protected from damage. If you don't mind something that looks basic and feels a little bulkier in your hand, but offers solid protection, then the Otterbox Defender series is for you! I've had this case on my Galaxy S10e phone for a month now, and I've dropped it once from waist height... I felt a familiar panic watching my new phone slip out of my pocket, bounce and land face down on hard tile floor. Not long ago the same type of drop completely shattered my previous cellphone screen to smithereens. But I'm happy to say my new phone and the defender case suffered no damage. You can't even tell it was dropped! I'm giving this four stars because it is on the expensive side, so I feel like they could offer more color choices (black was the only defender available in store) to give the product a little more style and personality, but for protection and durability it gets a 5 Stars!

Fit's like a glove, I have never had a phone break when using a defender series case on any of my phones over the past several years. I accidentally dropped my last phone stumbling down some stairs, easily fell 30 feet. Not a scratch or issue with the phone. Every time I get a new phone, it gets an Otter Box Defender Case.

With the Samsung 10e being so thin and slick, I was always dropping it. With the Otter box I don't have that problem anymore. It's great protection for my phone. It does not slip out of my back pocket. I don't use the clip but I'm sure if you wear a belt then it would come in handy.

If anybody is an outdoor person, or work in rugged environment, this is the case for you. I had it for 2 weeks. Best protection ever. however I am not spending much time out, and my work is fairly clean therefore it was to bulky for me. All and all this product is worth way more than 5 stars.

I purchased this case for my s10e. It doesn't have an integrated screen protector, but everything except for the screen is covered, excluding the powerbutton for the fingerprint reader. All port covers were located in the correct place. Only issue I have is that the volume and bixby buttons are not that easy to press, but also should not be accidentally bumped due to this. If you purchase a popsocket to attach to the case, it will not stick due to the material and groves in the back. However the Otterbox Defender + POP which has a popsocket intergrated into it (already mounted as apart of the design) would be your best option if that is something you desire. Case has great screen protection with its raise front and overall feels like it is very sturdy.
