Only drawback is a not being able to use a stand up charger due to the thick cover over the power port.

Great secure cover for accident prone people

The rubber outer shell is a little difficult to get off. Suggest following the instructions and start at the charging port. The plastic internal shell is well made and very secure. Seems they used more clips for this model and previous versions. We had issues with other covers not aligning with the power button on the right side (lookin' at you Morphie). No issues with the Otterbox!

Had the original cover i bought for my Samsung galaxy s-9, 4 years ago. I worked construction and the phone fell out of the phone holder on the tractor and I drove over the phone. Absolutely no damage to the phone. Recommend this phone protector 100%.

I should have read it better tho. It doesn't come with a good screen protector. The case itself is good and sturdy. I can see as long as it lands on the case when falling the phone will be fine. But without a good screen protector who cares really. It only got a 4 star because I feel it should be clear you only get a film with it, not a protection for the screen at all.
