The case fits the S9 very well and does a good job protecting it.

Holds up well doesn't feel bulky yet it feels secure.

My son is in the Army and he recommended, his had three different phones and safe his phone, so I purchased one for my phone a I love it, of course the second day I dropped my phone the OtterBox safe it.

I'm a long time fan of the Otterbox brand. Every case I've ever owned has lasted and more importantly shielded my phones from any damage. Otterbox is the 1st thing I purchase when buying a new phone. I've traded phones in that have had the Otterbox case and received top $ for them, they still look new.

Been using this case for months and it has kept my phone perfect and safe from any scratches, cracks, or damage. Theres a bit of lifting and peeling on well worn areas; but that is to be expected. Overall, great case and the exact protection I need. Recommend!

I was able to price match this case with Amazon's lower price and am glad I did. Gives my Samsung S9 great protection and love the heft it gives it. I can also recharge it on my wireless charging hub without having to remove the case so I'm very satisfied all around.

Protects my phone perfectly. I got a new phone. Sleek, slim, shiney, just lovely. It is also slippery and expensive. I was worried I would drop it. This case works great. It came with a outer case to wear on a belt to snap the phone into. Im not using that.

I love the otter case as it had saved my phone in the past. But is it really needed for the newer phones? the newer models should come with a screen protector as well like the older models for older gen phone. The case is belt tough and comes with a belt clip casing. I just think they could come out with something more pleasing to the eye. This case has a good grip and it makes the phone feel indestructible.

Best case I have ever bought. It helps me grip my phone so it doesn't slip from my fingers and It's easy to plug the charger and ear plugs in as well. Very Happy with the purchase. Seems very sturdy as well, like it will last a long time.

Durable. Gives a sense of security knowing the phone is locked into the holder and clipped securely on your belt. Only negative, cannot get my pop socket to stick to the back of the rubber phone case.

Within a month of owning this case, I accidentally hard impact dropped my phone on the street while biking. I panicked as I thought my phone would be totally damaged, but it was in perfect condition because of the case.

Overall - I think the product is "Good". HOWEVER - the installation instructions for inserting your phone into the case are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! The instructions indicate all you need to do is "pop" it into the case. After trying this for some time I decided I didn't want to force it into the device. So - I then looked for installation instructions and found some on YouTube. It showed the outer perimeter case needed to be disassembled first and there's some clamps on the side of the case that needed to be loosened before the device could be installed. I then retightened the clamps, reattached the outer case and it worked just fine!! I wonder how many people damaged their phone trying to merely follow the instructions provided with the product???

Bought this from a dad. We both bought cases that were a little cheaper and now they need to be replaced. We should have stuck with the otter boxes. They've always worked great, protected the phones, worth the money.

Seriously I've owned one of these cases for every phone I've had for the last 11 years. If the bulk doesn't bother you or, like me, you work in areas that are a bit more hostile to phones you need this case.

This has been the perfect protection for my 13 year old grandsons phone. We don't worry about the many crashes and drops it will get. Super Protection for my Super Grandsons phone

Great phone case and very durable. I have had this case for a while now and it has proven to be very durable and effective at saving my phone from an occasional fall 2 or 3 times now.

This case is by far the BEST case for protecting my phone. Every phone ive had since 2014 I've used this case and never had any physical damage to my phone.

This is my husband's second case. The first one was great, but the rubber started coming off the outside. He is the roughest person on phones and this has kept it safe!

I have used Otterbox's cases for years and they do not disappoint at all. Only problem I have with this one is there is builtin screen protector like their other models. If it did have the screen protector I would have given it a 5/5. Nonetheless it is a excellent protector.

Strong case, does an excellent job of protecting the phone. The removable back shell with spring clip is handy when pocket carrying isn't an option.
