The case was cracked from use and the exterior rubber case was very stretched out. I contacted Others box and within a week I had my replacement. Otter Box had a lifetime warranty. Love this case.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Defender Series case! That case is compatible with wireless charging, but you will experience some variation in the performances of different chargers. You may find that you have better luck with a different wireless charger.
We aren't able to guarantee compatibility with third-party screen protectors, but that case is definitely compatible with Alpha Glass.

Screen protector doesn't come with case.

Just wishing the edges came out over the phone not only on the bottom and top, but on the sides too (currently have for S9+).

'Constantly breaking' doesn't exactly sound like the dependable durability that we were going for with the Galaxy S9+ Defender Series Pro! Our products are pretty tough, but sometimes, they can retain some damage while in the line of duty. Luckily, for this exact reason, we do have an excellent warranty, and our awesome Otters will be happy to hook you up with a replacement.
