Great case if you like the color choices

I got the purple one. It’s a little slippery but I put a sticker on the back makes it less slippery and I have learned to hold the phone differently. Otterbox does give you a free holster via mail and the other defender case sorta fits it. I got my case Monday and I should have my holster on Monday next week. I have only had the case a week. Oh and I do wish there was a little bit more protection around the camera. But I have tried cases with the camera covered and they kinda make the pictures look bad. The mag safe works great too that’s the main reason I wanted this. The Qi charging has not been reliable on the 12 pro max. My charger I have been using since the 8 came out will not charge the 12. There is an unobtainable sweet spot. I just couldn’t deal with not getting to charge th $1200 phone without a cord. But love both the case and my phone regardless.

Magsafe is used to charge your device wirelessly as well as mount it to a holder in your vehicle. It works very well. My only complaint is that the cover over the lighting port does not seem to be holding up very well to heavy usage and is ripping already. Not a deal-breaker for me, but it is something to consider if you will be concerned about the cover over it becoming unusable at some point

Make sure the SIM card is in the phone before you!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I went to the store to pick up my upgraded phone and was basically handed it and told that I shouldn’t have any problems setting it up at home. So I went home and started the setup ..got stopped because there was no SIM card in the phone..sorry but I’m not overly tech savvy..called BB and they said come back to the store, which I did but had to go home again because no one told me that the SIM card was on the outside of the package. Went back a third time and finally got it straightened out.. from what I understand, they should have put the SIM card from the beginning..live and learn!

It works with MagSafe and is thinner than previous versions. Looks great. You can order a free belt clip but have to pay Shipping and Handling.

If she doesn't require a case that is specifically made for use with MagSafe accessories, our standard Defender Series Pro has a synthetic outer slipcover that would provide a bit more grip.
