    Had an Amazing salesman. Everything was transferred from my old phone to the new phone w/no problems. He def knows his stuff. I didn’t have to wait long to speak w/someone in regards to up grading my cellphone. The case I bought for my new cellphone,I love it! I’m so glad I waited and came to Best Buy to do an upgrade and not at Verizon.
